I recently needed to change/newly install locks to my house. When I called Flying Locksmiths, my worries were put to rest. After contacting four other local locksmiths who advertised "24/7 Emergency Service", I was informed by each that it would either be a day, two, or three until someone could come out, and one forgot to call back. But Brian at FLs assured me that Keith would be out the following morning and would take care of everything so as not to miss my flight out of PHL that evening. Keith was the best - friendly, professional, informative, really efficient and knowledgeable. These fairly priced locksmiths are the good people you'll need!

Keith (one of the locksmiths at The Flying Locksmith) came out to change our locks at the new house we had just moved into, and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was very nice. He simply asked me to confirm how many door locks we wanted changed, and then went to work! He took out the tumblers in all four doors we wanted re-keyed, and within an hour, he managed to re-pin each of the tumblers. I thought it would take longer than that, so I was pleasantly surprised! He gave us four new keys which worked flawlessly on each door. Now I don't have to carry around four separate keys to open our doors! I would highly recommend!!

Initially went on-line and left a request for a call back which was returned on time. I explained what I needed and was offered a slight alternative which was less expensive and thoroughly accomplished what I needed done. He gave me the price and I made the appmt for the next day at 9am. Again, on-time and the locksmith repeated what I discussed with the main office. He was courteous, efficient and respectful of my home. The invoice was exactly what was discussed, not a penny different. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services.
