Awesome place. Came in because my 2007 Honda Fit driver door wouldn't work with my key. Instead of going to the dealership I went here. They fixed everything for about $150 and now my original keys can unlock and lock my door buttery smooth, like brand new. Will definitely consider coming back to maybe get keyless entry. Hoping they get support for my second car (2008 Suzuki Reno).

I'm on a fixed income, and the dealership wanted $300 per new key/Fob. I was able to find them cheaper online, and took them to Stu's to be cut. The fee was reasonable, and they even program them. The first time I went, I had bought terribly inferior keys, they worked, but Stu's did inform me of the quality and even offered me a credit towards their certified replacement in the event they didn't work. This month I finally took better replacements to be cut, Tori helped me and really showed me why I go back. She changed out the cut part so I wouldn't pay the fee twice, programmed them and even joked around with me. Local is always the best. Best knowledge, best customer service and best prices!! Yes, I can’t deny it was a quick service and I thank you for that. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t even give 2 starts for the way I was treated when I called a couple of minutes before I walked in. I was impressed with the other google reviews and drove 35 minutes to get there. When I arrived, because I wasn’t sure where exactly the entrance was, I called and whoever answered the phone, ... she was rude and the tone of her voice made me wanna go back. I came in anyway, but the whole time I was there, I tried but wasn’t even able to smile, because I was so disappointed. But everyone else seems nice and I’m giving you one more star.

Need a new car key FOB after 12 years. Car Dealership pricing was expensive and not what I expected to pay. I was recommended to Stu by Steve at Bristol-Taylor Garage. I was quoted on the phone and when I was at the shop, both the same. Every effort was made to repair the FOB, but needed a new one. 20 minutes job was complete and Stu shook my had and thanked me for my business, you don't often see that these days.. Stu's auto locksmith is the best service around for both their work ethic and customer service. A few weeks ago my car failed to start. For two days my car failed to start and because my car was in a low level parking garage no car service was able to reach me. Other auto services either did not have the type of vehicle to reach me or would not send someone to where i was. They close their business at 6 and i called them at 5:15. I felt bad calling them so close to their closing time but they were pleasant all the same. Stu, who i believe was the owner, drove 40 minutes out to me and did what no other service would do. He fixed my car and didnt cost me a leg and an arm to do it. I cant thank him enough for what he did. 5 star service all around. Thank you for going above and beyond to help a person in need!

I damaged the only fob for my car about a year ago and was putting off replacing it because I knew it would be pricey. I bought a replacement fob off the Internet that was advertised as new and brought it to the Hyundai dealership, who charged me $60 to tell me they could not program it and it would cost another $300 for a new fob and programming. After a little searching, I found Stu's, which is about an hour and a half from where I live. It was absolutely worth the drive. The service was amazing, the pricing was reasonable, and I was able to walk out with my new, reprogrammed fob the same day.

I had a remote starter installed and had no problems for several months. Until one day my car horn kept sounding and I didn't know how to stop it. I assumed it had something to do with the remote starter Stu's company installed so I took it back to Stu's EZ Auto Remotes. When I took the car back, Stu himself helped me and looked over my car. What really bothered me is that Stu seemed offended when I suggested that it was his malfunctioning remote starter that was causing my car horn to sound. He also made a sarcastic remark that I didn't appreciate. In addition, he sternly resisted having one of his mechanics inspect the remote starter to see if the problem could be fixed. While inspecting my car, Stu noticed that the car horn wasn't working and he suggested that I needed to get the horn fixed before he could determine whether the cause of the problem was his remote starter. So after getting the car horn fixed, my car horn started randomly sounding. The only way to stop it was to disconnect the car horn. Eventually, I took my car to a Best Buy mechanic who confirmed that Stu's remote starter was connected to my car horn and that it was the malfunctioning remote starter causing my horn to sound.

Went to Stu's for an automatic starter. Walked in and was helped right away. Employees and Stu himself are very knowledgeable about their products. Was able to drop my keys off with the guard the night before my appointment and my car was ready the next day. Stu even stood in the rain to show me the how to work the starter and some inside tricks. Had one problem (which was my own fault) and they fixed it for me without any problem at all. Would definitely recommend Stus to anyone looking for great, convenient, and honest business. Oh and did I mention the great prices.

Actually had a very negative experience with Stu’s. They told me that the car would be done no problem. I explained that I work from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. so if possible can they do it within that time frame (8 hours seems fair) (I didn’t care when I just needed it done so I have a way home) The technician that did the work forgot my key fob that I gave them last night when I paid. (The key won’t start without the key fob because of the alarm system). She assured me that they would have the key fob back to me before my work closes the gates at 3:30. So come 3:30 I call them to ask if they’re on their way with my key fob she informed me that the technician is in route but will be another 30 minutes. I said okay (I was irritated but I understand that mistakes happen and that traffic is unaccountable). 4:15 comes along so I call again, upset at this point. I explained to the sales women that it’s beginning to get ridiculous since I’m still at my building where I work sitting outside in 100 degree weather. The employee decides to hang up on me. I give myself 10 minutes to cool off and call again. At this point I’m pretty upset but still being very understanding. The women on the phone told me that the guy is at their shop with my key fob. She said that she can send him here with the key which is originally what they were supposed to do at 2 P.M. they weren’t willing to work with me at all and were very rude about the situation. Unfortunately I’m business things happen but as a business owner or salesperson you make sure to make the customer feel better (unless the customer is genuinely wrong). Anyways my rant is over and next time I’ll be going to action locks. UPDATE: the owner called me back and was very apologetic of the situation. He definitely made right even though it was his employees fault not his. That’s how business should be handled. Very respectful of him.

We bought a 2007 Miata and were given 1 key. Apparently, this model had some weird card key. I called several dealers and was told it would be $400.00 + to get another key made. Found Stu and was told he could make a key (Not a card key, but a regular key for the vehicle. Note: The dealers never ponied this up as an option.) Drove to PA, he made 2 keys in 20 minutes for $170.00. They are chip keys, so we all know this was a bargin. The service was great. Stu is friendly, funny and most importantly KNOWS HIS STUFF. Both key FObS for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo stopped working on me at the same time , changed the batteries still didn't work , read a bunch of internet post on the issues which proved to be pointless and confusing. After researching automotive locksmiths in the area Stus EZ auto remotes showed up in the searches . I called , the young lady on the phone stated I can come in today and the are open till 6pm. Went to the fairless hills location and was greeted by Tara ( spelling could be wrong) she took both FObS and tested them she stated there was nothing wrong with them and it's a problem she couldn't fix there ( I admire her honesty) however she stated she could reprogram me a new 1 or 2 FObS for a reasonable price I asked her "will this work " she said it should I asked her "if it doesn't work do I still owe for the New FOB " she stated no. After 5-10 minutes she came from behind the counter with a computer out to the JEEP. After about 5 minutes she had the New FOB programmed and even checked the back glass to make sure the fob worked on that . Staffbis very honest , professional and polite and she was gorgeous so that was a double plus dealing with the confusion of the broken fob. Highly recommend for automotive locksmith needs in the south jersey, Pennsylvania area.

After calling Stu’s and speaking with Katie I realized that the service needed to be completed with the car which was at his college 45 minutes away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer was recently purchased for my 17 year old son who just received his drivers license. I can't say enough about this place. Where everyone else has failed to resolve my problem the experts at Stu's have succeeded. I purchased a used vehicle with only 1 heavily damaged key from the previous owner. The copies that others made from that key did not work well. So I got the key code from the dealer to have a good key made which is not cheap. The experts at Stu's took one look at my key and the code that the dealer gave me and immediately knew that the code was not correct for the key that they were holding. I rechecked with the dealer and that was the correct code for the original key. The only logical answer was that the door locks and ignition must have been changed at some point in the past. Now what to do? I could have spent a considerable sum to change the door locks and the ignition switch but that would surely be expensive. The experts at Stu's were able to visually analyze my damaged key and successfully program their machine to cut a key that worked well for my truck. This turned out to be a far easier and cheaper resolution to my problem. Many places say they can cut keys but they lack the skill and knowledge of these true professionals.

Called ahead to make sure they were open. I walked in and handed the young lady my key, she explained the process to me in a profession manner. Top notch service! I've had 3 keys programmed and couldn't ask for better outcomes. The ladies behind the counter know are super-knowledgable! Great insights into risks and issues I heard from no one else. Do they have "attitude"? Sure, but it's in a fun, no nonsense sort of way. I drove 40 mi (1 hr) to try them and was treated with respect. The only negative thing I will add was Stu quoted me a price of $65 via email, only to be told it was $95 when I got there; so just call and they'll tell you the real deal. Still, that price was lower than anywhere else I had called and they were fast. You've got a customer for life in me and I'll throw business to you any chance I get.

Replaced stolen key fob and wiped car’s ignition memory of all previously keys used on 2013 Honda CRV. Dealer said needed to replace the ignition switch. No mention of wiping memory of keys that were previously used on the car. Well knowledgeable and informative. Will definitely use again if needed.

I have been going by Stu's EZ Auto Remotes for at least 4 years. They repair remotes as well as sell replacement remotes. They also sell a range of remote car starters, for aftermarket installation. My particular car remote is featured prominently by them as it is one of the most problematic remotes made by a major American Car company. I believe they have fixed this in later year automobile remotes. At least improved the design a little. This according to Stu. He used to work in a car dealership so he actually knows what he is doing and is a certified locksmith, to boot. Most of what I have done with him revolves around the remotes for my car. Why? Because the design is flawed and they fail whenever you need to change the battery. It is a GM vehicle from the mid to late 2000s if that helps you. Other than the remote, it is a fine car. I wanted to enable the remote start feature and both of the remotes had failed at some point after I purchased the car. He and his pleasant coworkers have programmed the remotes so the remote start works as it is supposed to and fixed the failed solder joints for a reasonable cost. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to start working on my problem. When I am in there, it is clear who came first and they serve first come first served. So no complaints. I have also noticed that the employees are stable, at least over the 4 year time frame of my visits. This is generally good as it implies that he is a good employer who treats his employees well. This apparently transfers to how they treat their customers. They are courteous although they are younger employees and they have a slightly different standard for courtesy and I can easily handle it as I know they are trying to fix anything I bring in that needs fixing and they take as much time as necessary to make sure everything works as needed which is key. They are in a strange looking industrial area. Their store is in a warehouse and are train containers put together with cutouts to make a storefront with a counter space, a small customer waiting area, office space and a large work area for repairing, preparing and doing various jobs as required. No complaints so far after 3 visits over 4 years.

I had lost my car keys and needed a locksmith to come to my house. I called Stu’s and Stu was out to my house that day. He attempted to open my car door and resorted to making a key to avoid damaging my car. On the day he came out the weather was terrible but Stu’s attitude was humorous and helpful. After making me a key and programming it to my car he gave me his business card and told me that when I found the original he would reprogram the original back to the car for free. 11 months later I finally found my car keys and I when I returned to Stu’s he remembered me, the weather that day, and the general location. He reprogrammed my original key back to my car but more importantly he made the experience memorable because of his funny demeanor.
