Customer Service was good but price of my key was $13.50 each for elevator keys that they are the ONLY ONES you can purchase it from in the entire area maybe state..( last time I ordered keys thru them I only paid about $2.50 per key... ridiculous $13.50)

My key broke in two pieces while on vacation at the beach. R.J lock came out to Rehoboth Beach on a Sunday cut me two keys from what was left of my key. They arrived in a reasonably short time frame and offered excellent service at a more than fair price!

Saved our vacation! Turns out I've been holding onto my Skins key for longer than I should have, and when it broke off in the deadbolt I thought it would have to be drilled. NOPE! Pete was able to not only pull out the broken half but also make a new one! WOW! When I asked for a Redskins key he told me he had keys in any color I like...so long as I like chrome. LOL! Thanks guys!

Great service and fair prices. No wonder this company was recommended to me by quite a number of people. I received a phone call asking if I was in town (I was coming from PA). I was in Rehoboth so she said he would do another job then come to me. About 45 minutes later, another call to check if I was home. I was, so he came over...about an hour earlier than my appointment. Love it!! I explained what our need was. He quickly gathered what he needed and did the job. He then showed me how I could change the key if I ever needed to. He was very personable and pleasant. Our dog definitely liked him. She laid on his foot as he was finishing up! We will definitely recommend this company to friends.

Lock & Security was the only one who answered. Not only did they get to me fast but the employee was happy to help; totally thought he was going to be mad that I made him come out so late, but not at all! Sooo grateful for them, seriously, what a life saver.
