Of course I locked my keys in my car for probably about the 4th time. I had an estimated time at about 11:15AM. Normally when I request service for something, they aren’t even close to being on time. But my provider from Pop-A-Lock showed up nearly 30 minutes early! I was pleasantly surprised. He’s was also very nice, professional, & personable. As quick as he arrived he had completed the service. I wish I knew (or could remember) what his name was so I could give him more adequate recognition but he was fantastic & I would use Pop-A-Lock again. Would recommend it to anyone! The telephone customer service representative appeared to be soft spoken but abrupt and abrasive and when asked to repeat herself was extremely rude. Upon initiating conversation the representative was advised that I was locked out of my house. She then snapped back, is this an apartment, condo or what? When asked how much service would be, she rudely replied, well it depends on what has to be done. And then advised it would be $99 and asked in an indignant way if that was ok.

I called twice on separate occasion to have my locks rekeyed, and they said someone would call me back with an estimate in 30min. Both times no one called me back. While very nice and understanding over the phone, they asked the same question multiple times and seemed more concerned with proving I had previously called rather than resolving the issue. I used Interstate Locksmith afterwards, I recommend them.

My husband and I have been dealing with one of the owners to get a refund for very poor service and customer service. We specifically hired them to only remove an interior door knob. This is on their call record with both their service center and the lock smith. I even asked if they performed this service as I would have moved on to the next company if not. The lock smith treated our door like it was a car door and did not perform the service we requested (removing the door knob only) resulting in our floor being destroyed We had to reach out to the franchise owner, who instead of refunding our money for damaged carpet and door frame, implied that my husband and I were lying. We even have photos of the damage while the technician was here and even he acknowledged the damage. He was only willing to take 10 dollars off. The owner wanted to come look at the damage which I understand and would have been fine with, except for the fact he accused us of lying, said he would come out in another week to determine if he’d help or not, and that he’d do the work himself... seriously? Now u repair carpets?? Due to the owner being unreasonable and dragging out the process we are disputing these charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: if you were really willing to refund us don’t you think you would have done that already rather than make us wait for you to come out...
