My wife got locked out of our 2018 Toyota Camry in the driveway while walking the dog. I contacted our complimentary Toyota Roadside Service who forwarded our case to Pop-A-Lock. The time was 0826 and the estimated time of arrival was 0856. Now granted, I understand there is traffic in the morning, but almost 90 minutes!? That's simply unacceptable. They kept changing the "original ETA" on the roadsideconnect website. If I knew it was going to take over an hour, I would've just forked over the money to AAA or any other reputable locksmith. If your driver can't make it in the original time, have the courtesy to contact us. Instead, we had to keep calling into the company and request updates. Horrible customer service.

I've used their services a couple of times...They're very friendly, and prices are reasonable..But they take FOREVER to show up! They'll text you an "estimated" arrival time... Which will change 5-6 times before they actually get to you... Last time I was told there was a driver "in my area" and he would be arriving within 25 minutes.. Didnt show up for almost 2 hours! Meanwhile my son and I were locked out of our car in the snow, and it was about 28 degrees out! We finally walked about 1/2 mile to a convenience store, and asked them if we could please wait inside! Called pop a lock and told them to call us if the driver ever got close to our location so we could walk back and meet him!

I have had to rely on their services twice now. Once when my daughter was stranded, they were very fast and helpful, and again recently, when I needed a new key made. The technician was quick and courteous, letting me know exactly how long he would need, as well as double checking that the key worked in all locks on the car, correctly.

Other company was longer and called them first. So I called other and canceled. He was very pleasant and since I was in so much pain let me sit while he did paper work
