What a great company came out on a Holiday Sat evening was, very prompt and friendly. Had my truck door opened in 2 mins. No damage to vehicle and didn’t raise rates because of Holiday. Highly recommend.

He said he’d be there in 20 minutes...and he was there sooner. Took him 10 minutes to get the door open, and he charged much less than the last time this happened in other locations (the last two times-seems we have a problem). And it was Labor Day weekend. Great service. Very professional!

We got locked out of our home and I called Open Door Locksmiths. Dwayne was therein about 20 minutes even though we were in a new development and the address was not readily found on gps. He Got our door opened in a few minutes and his price was very reasonable.

Dwayne was a lifesaver for me today! I accidentally locked myself out of my house and had called several scammy companies before I found him (as a side note, beware of places that can’t give you a firm quote over the phone, or that quote you at a $30 service fee plus another $120 for labor). He charged a very reasonable price and had me back into my house in under 5 minutes.

I wasted my WHOLE day waiting for them to show up, and they never did. I should have given up on them when they left us hanging the night before... We needed a new transponder key programmed for our car because the chip on our key died and the security system was locking us out, not letting us start the car. We went down the list of locksmiths last night, and Open Door Locksmith quoted us the best price, so we called them back to come out. They said that they would call back and schedule a time to come out. When they didn't call back after an hour, we tried calling them. Multiple times. They ignored our calls. This morning we called again, because we didn't want to pay what the other companies quoted. The man apologized and said that his son was the one who didn't return the call last night, and that he could come out at 2:00 today. 2:00 rolled around, no locksmith... Called at 2:10 and was told that he was not far away finishing up at another job, then coming to us. 4:00, still no locksmith. I called and he apolgized again, saying that he "got himself into a mess" with the car he was working on. He sounded exasperated and genuinely apologetic. I asked him if he was still coming, and he assured me that he was. 6:00, no locksmith. So I call and he doesn't answer. My husband calls from his phone - no answer. We call a couple more times and it's obvious that our calls are being ignored. 7:00, called Pop A Lock. They showed up by 8:00, and by 9:00, I had a brand new working car key in my hand. $70 more than Open Door Locksmith, but at least they showed up! This is absolutely no way to run a business or treat customers! To just leave someone hanging - TWICE! Neither my husband nor I were anything but polite, patient and understanding when talking to this man. The least he could have done was shown the same respect in return.

So we come home from dinner and realize one of the kids “accidentally” locked the basement/garage door and the key was inside the house. The keys for the front door were also, you guessed it, in the house. We googled to try to find a local locksmith. Dwayne had us in our house in 3 minutes after arriving. He was very personable, professional, and there when he said he’d arrive. And his fee was very reasonable. I thought it would cost a fortune considering the time and day of the week, but not so. Life saver at 8:30pm on a Saturday night with tired children. If you’re looking for a local guy and not some scammer service from Ohio or Colorado, give Open Door a call and save yourself some trouble.

I called Mr. Robert to rekey a new key scribe to my car and to change the key. It took a while to get it done, but he did not give up. But to fine out I had the wrong scribe. He left me happy with a key that work and will lock and unlock my car.
