These guys are life savers!!! While packing my bags in my car I locked my keys in the trunk. I called them in a panic and they were at my house opening my car with HALF AN HOUR. They were courteous and funny. One of them even climbed through the back seat to get my purse. Thanks to their QUICK arrival and work I made my flight.

Don't use this company. The person they sent was very condescending. They overpriced the job that they did for me without explanation, and someone working for them stole my credit card information. To add insult to injury, my bank reversed the claim that I made, giving them back the money that they stole from me, despite my having written proof that they did me wrong. They are thieves. I can prove it. And I'm not going to stop until I get my money back for good. Added after response from Liberty Locksmith: Since you asked me so nicely, I will absolutely get the police involved if the bank doesn't return my money. Like I said, I have proof that it was YOUR company that stole from me. Now, YOU have a blessed day.

I called to have 2 double cylinder locks re-keyed on a Saturday and I was treated as if it was Monday morning. Prices were very reasonable compared to some guys on Frankford Ave. There was no talk about it being Satuday and how much more it would cost or it would be an 8 hour wait. He gave a time that was convenient for me to do my Saturday errands and he was here when he said he would be. I will use his service if I ever need it again as well as refer him to family and friends. This is NOT old school locksmithing, this is millennial locksmithing and it was great!

The technician unlocked my door before I arrived. Also, I wanted to pay with my card in which I gave them my card information and they called it over the phone and they said it declined in which was impossible but I thought at the time it was my bank so I gave them my other card information and it went through but a few days later I had a bunch of random transactions for online orders on both cards. I thought about it right after the fact that I gave them both cards info and the address for the both cards in which most places won’t ask for card billing address info unless you’re using it online! When I called the place she basically told me I was wrong and their techs don’t take cards over the phone in which I was right there when he called it in !

174 dollars to install deadbolt. Plate where bolt enters was loose. Had to tighten myself. Could not tighten other doorknobs. Left a mess of wood shavings. Never bothered to offer to clean up. Won’t call them again.
