When you need the service of a locksmith (locked out of car) it's better to have someone answer and let you know they are coming because it makes the situation less stressful. Called Happy Locks and although they were in Delaware and we were in Maryland they did not leave us stranded. When you needed a locksmith and Good Sams couldn’t find one and you call AAA RV Plus and two hours later they call you back and say none of their network locksmiths will answer their phone. I was frustrated and called several locksmiths in the area that said they didn’t have the tool to release a lock on my trailer hitch. I reached out to Happy Locks and the lady that answered the phone told me do you have a drill and a large bit and I told her yes and she said if I come out I’m just going to drill it out like you can do. So I got a drill and a large bit and rolled it out within one minute. I will highly recommend Happy Locks and their customer service is amazing. They could have come out and charged me anything they wanted on a Sunday but she was kind enough to instruct me how to do it. Thanks for being a genuine company and looking out for the customer. We had an emergency in Georgetown Delaware (2 hours from home)- My dumb Audi automatically locks if the key is inside and oops the key slid off my arm when I tossed the produce in the back seat. I called 4 other locksmiths and all the MEN said NO- they couldn't open it! BUT HAPPY LOCKS answered the call, jumped in the car and sped over to us.
