Nick showed up promptly (actually early, which was great!). He looked at the job I called for and actually suggested and was able to do exactly what I wanted which was to re-key 2 locks so I could use the same key. He recommended do the same to a lock I didn't think that could be done to. So, I'm extremely happy with the service and Nick's ability. The cost for the job was right where I thought it would be. Had them install a keyless entry system for our office and we're thrilled with it. Very convenient, no more changing locks when we lose keys or employees and we're looking at connecting it with some other systems to automate things. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and integrity of Great Valley Lockshop and their technician, Nick. Nick arrived at our home when promised, assessed the problems we were having with multiple door locks in our home and got everything in perfect working order in one half hour. He explained the problems clearly to me and saved us money by repairing all three locks rather than trying to sell us new locks for each door. And he vacuumed up any dust and debris caused by his work when he was done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing locksmith services. Just great!

Great and quick service on repairing a broken lock on our garage door. They came right out the next day or so. Nick was very kind and fixed our lock, keying it to the rest of our house. I would not hesitate to call them again. I would recommend them as well.

Nick was on time, polite, and did the work quickly. He quickly diagnosed I only need some replacement parts not a whole new locket/handle which saved me money. He could've easily skipped that and just thrown a whole new handle on the door and charged me more for it. He took a few extra minutes to adjust the deadbolt a bit too - door operates better than ever.
