You will not find a locksmith company who provides better service, in a quicker fashion than this company!!! Not to mention, their prices are VERY reasonable! I personally used this company in need of a remote key for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata....I spoke with Amy and I could not have had a better experience in dealing with this company!!! She was great!!! I locked my keys in my car as it is running. I was leaving for work and was late. I was upset I called this company the lady who answered was great. She calm me down and insured me that the locksmith will be at my house within a half an hour and they showed in in like 20 minutes unlocked my car. Absolutely ridiculous. Did not negotiate the price before hand which was our fault but came in and out in a matter of 5 mins and charged $157. Boss called screaming that price was non negotiable. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I recently locked my keys in the car and searched on the web and found these guys, they told me they will be right out to me and showed up within 15 mins which was great! Yesterday I was lockout of my apt so I called many locksmiths and no one was free to help me but when I called dm locksmith them locksmith tech came with in 20 min and it's took him only 5 min to open my door with no damage to my lock . Great service guys !!! Highly Recommended .

The receptionist would not give me a quote over the phone so if I didn't like the prices I was given during the installation, I still would have had to pay the locksmith to leave. They are the closest locksmith to my house so I figured it'd be the most convenient way to get into my house in case of an emergency. The contractor who installed my locks left metal shavings all over my floor and in the communal hallway after putting the deadbolt in my front door. He forgot tools at his shop and had to go to his truck no less than 6 times. I live in a condo so I had to let him back in the building each time. The whole ordeal ended up taking over 3 hours to install one deadbolt and change one handle lock. Also, he would not take a check so I had to give my credit card number over the phone to someone whom I never met.

these guys are the best. i lost my only key fob to my car, but i had the spare remote starter just sitting in my glove compartment... i called these guys up to get into my car, so that i can remote start my car in order and put it neutral to pull out of the spot so that AAA can tow it to the dealer. i would highlu recommend!!!

the worse!they" fixed "my lock then charged me almost 250$ then I call back 2 days later to let them know it's not fixed ,they have someone scheduled to come by, and never show up. I called and I was told to replace it for another 700$ if they knew it wasn't fixable why are you charging me a fee!! never again save your money.
