The person working the counter was an older gentleman. When I entered the store he did not even bother to look up from his phone to speak to me or get out of his chair. He barely answered my questions about getting a key made and never once looked up from his phone. Overall I found his tone and unwillingness to at least look me in the eye while speaking to me completely disrespectful and will not go there for any services.

Great Locksmith. I have used them several times for a few properties that I own. Assisted me with a few car keys as well. VERY honest. I even asked a few oddball questions about strange keys that I have come to possess over the years and he knew all about the history behind the keys who manufactured them and why they were obsolete. Best I have done business with.

They came out and began working then at the end told us the lock was un-pickable and so the $105 quoted is now $150. He should have told us this before starting the work. He said they charge $105 even if they do not do any work so be aware. I gave 2 stars because we paid $130+ instead of the $150+.
