Had a garage door my grandson accidentally locked. Keys were long gone so we had to get the lock replaced. Fast service, but the bill was almost $380. (Found out after I got home from work). Difficult to believe that it would cost about a third of what I paid to purchase and have the door installed two years ago.

Can not recommend them enough. Unbelievable service. I was quoted $180 dollars by another service and they promised they'd be there in 45 mins. After 4 hours of waiting, these guys came by in 40 mins and only charged me $140. Wonderful.

God Bless Mike!! Seriously. I had a very old very troublesome door, I was contacted very quickly and received a quote about the work I needed done. Because I knew I had a somewhat unique door situation (to me anyway) the dispatcher offered to have the technician come out free of charge to assess the job. Mike showed up and was super knowledgeable, and he did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Delaware County Locksmith and Mike.

if i could have put in zero, i would. i called them to come out for a quote. twice they missed the day to come out, AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL AND SAY THEY COULDN'T COME OUT. when they finally put the locks on my doors, they have constantly not worked. they have been out at least 3 times to fix. all of this since march 22nd. i had a problem last week, called them about it. i was told they'd be here at 10 am. i waited all day tuesday, wed, thurs, and fri. i called them AGAIN sat morning. VOICE MAIL. They did not listen to the email and so did not show up at 10am Monday as I asked. Called them at 10:30. Said they'd send a locksmith. I heard from the locksmith around 12:30. It is now 4pm. and guess what.? THEY ARE A NO SHOW! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. still have issues. 2 locks broken. cannot get a hold of them. voicemailbox always full. if you want a lousy job done, then they are the guys for you.

Great customer service, they open at 9 am, I was there at 8:45 am, a few minutes later they showed up and started reprogramming my new key fobs. (before 9 am) Only a few minutes later and they had all 3 of they new key fob completed. I will be using them again.

Mike was amazing. I am so pleased with how quickly he was able to get here and his thoroughness. I had a fresh install of two dead bolts on a 100 year old house. The doors were solid wood and previously only had a skeleton key. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process before starting. I highly recommend him!
