I work for a local law firm in Voorhees, and the lock on our safe decided to stop working. Every time we inserted the key, it decided it was not going to turn. I called CLC Locksmiths and talked to Tom I believe. He definitely knew what he was talking about and gave me all the information I needed. He gave me a quick tip to do something with the lock while he worked on a price. His tip worked and now the lock works better than ever without even having to have him come out. He then gave me advice on how to maintain the lock. They definitely know what they are talking about and I will definitely recommend them to fellow colleagues and friends. Thanks CLC!

Great local business with highly skilled people operating the store and giving advice. I made two visits in two days, first for a new front door lock that would fit my door. Second was for extra keys for the lock. Key copies were made very quickly and accurately.

First Class Service. I was having trouble with an office safe (TL-30) and called CLC Locksmiths in Cinnaminson, NJ. I have used them many times for keys and other minor items and have always been very happy with the service, so it only made sense to call them when I had trouble with the safe. The safe guy (Cliff) was out but he called me back that same day to discuss the problem. It was quite clear to me that Cliff is an expert with safes...he understood my problem immediately and gave me specific instructions as to how I could try to solve the problem myself. When I returned to my office, I did what Cliff had said, and sure enough the safe now works perfectly and I saved the cost of a service call. There are not too many businessmen around anymore who would be so willing to share their expertise and lose out on a service call, but clearly these folks have the customer's well being foremost in their minds. I recommend them unconditionally. Steve

After buying a used car with only 1 key, some coworkers told me having a spare is crucial. Brought in my own fob and key, (2 sets). The gentlemen programmed it under 5 minutes. Quoted $490 from the dealership and $300 from another locksmith. Do yourself a favor and visit these guys if you need a spare car key. They're legit. Oh and the best part $60 for 2 extra sets of keys/fobs programmed. Had time to grab lunch as well.

I hired CLC Locksmiths to re-key my new home a few weeks back . The let me know over the phone upon booking that they could re key my Anderson sliding glass door. When he arrived he removed the locking mechanism from the door, took it out to his vehicle to open it up, and then came back in and told us he is unable to re key because the screw is stripped. OK, no problem we told him. He left. Later in the day we went to lock our slider and relaized it was now unable to lock when it was fully functional up until this point. We called them back and they send the same guy out early the next morning at no charge to take a look . The rep looked at it and tried to fix it but could not, called his main office, and reported back that we would need replacement lock parts bc something is misaligned inside the mechanism . We asked if this would be at no charge since the door was working perfect fine up until this point, and he said that's a decision for the higher ups to make and they'd get back to us . The next day we get a phonecall that not only do WE need to pay for the replacement parts ourselves, but we also need to pay for a full service call, all totaling over $300! We complained and said this isnt right because the door lock was working until their rep touched it! They called us back and said we still need to pay full price for the part and they'll let us pay half price for the service call, which still placed us at around $275. We never gave them the satisfaction of taking our money for a problem they caused. We were able to purchase an entire new Anderson lock set for less than they wanted to charge to replace a few parts. Had they considered just charging for the part and not the service call we would've considered, but wanting to charge for the service call was appauling and absolute poor customer service . We will never use or recommend this company again.
