Very quick and knowledgeable. Came out to open house door and had it open within a minute. Then replaced the knob with a better one. Very nice gentleman who I felt very at ease with.

Tyrone is professional and capable but charged double what was discussed on the phone and still didn't get the job done. I was very disappointed and felt gouged for money. I intend to take the matter up with my credit card company. If there is another option for a local locksmith, I would recommend that course.
