We just had to contact Bob this afternoon due to getting locked out of my car. I didn’t think there was any way someone would come out close to 8pm on a Saturday. He came out right away (15 minutes), unlocked our car and was able to provide me with a spare key within minutes. He was super friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Pricing was excellent and I’d recommend him to anyone in the area. Hes such a nice guy! Thanks again Bob!

Very poor demeanour when things don't go his way. Belittles others over his problems on the job. Probably real professional if nobody is around while he works, but I wouldn't suggest on big jobs or under stress.

Very professional and kind, kept us updated on ETA. We locked our keys in our car while fishing in Oak Harbor, OH. We are from Indiana so we were a little nervous if he would show up at all on a Sunday. He did! Outcome wasn't good needless to say. He didn't charge us anything, but we were so appreciative we gave him something anyway, he didn't want to take it. Definitely would recommend him to others in that area, and we would call him again if needed.
