The man used 2 airbags and a long metal hook to push open the window and pressed the door lock switch to unlock the door, but said that the car equipped with anti-theft system so he needed to charge me maximum. He even cannot find a wiser excuse to charge me money. Two stars for the fast and kind of on time service. Response: The thing is he could just say ok this will cost 90 dollars and I would feel all OK with that. But the way he did that looked like he tried to charge me for more.

Highly recommend auto locksmith. I had a key replaced early in January and the key was accidentally damaged in the last few days causing a chip malfunction. As a result, the car was not starting. I contacted them and they had someone out to repair the key free of charge in less than an hour. Customer service was a 10/10 and prices were the most reasonable in the area.

Unfortunately my trunk jammed on me leaving the workplace. The key to my ignition fits nothing else on my vehicle. The attendant came out promptly to cut a key for my glove box and trunk latch. The work was quick and, although it wasn’t necessary, he programmed the key so I have a back up for the ignition! Couldn’t be more pleased.

I broke my car key and needed the remote replaced. Ozzy was amazing in listening to what my problem was and actually tried to save me some money in repairing the broken remote. The remote was beyond repair but Ozzy completely replaced the whole thing and reprogrammed it for a great price and very quickly on a weekend no less. Way less than other quotes I got. The job was done satisfactorily and quickly. However, my issue is with the price. I think $400 to install a new front door lock is excessive. There was a $29 service call charge that I think should not have been included since I gave them the job. The labor was $79. The cost of the lock, I was told, was $295!! Seems rather excessive to me. My fault for not shopping around. I won't use them again.
