Man this guy showed up in the exact time that he said he would. It was actually shorter than expected(less than 20min). It took him no longer than 7min. To get me in my 18 wheeler! I've had different people try for over 45min. This guy is amazing and also has a GREAT personality! He would be my first and only call if I am every in a situation like this again in this area. Ryan was phenomenal!!! I was at Firefly lost my RV keys due to a hole in my pocket, not only did he work his but off to get through security to come to me, he also stayed made the keys and made sure that they fit. He literally spent almost his entire day helping me out, he never gave up even when they were telling him that he couldn’t drive through, as someone who isn’t from the area he restored my faith in good people. 10 stars if available!! Joe is the best. I was referred to him by our property manager last summer to install new locks on my condo. I needed an additional key so took key to hardware store and despite 2 attempts keys did not work. I texted and called Joe after checking lock website where I struck out again. Instead of charging me a service charge fee he agreed to meet me in the local Wal-Mart parking lot and made me not just 1 but 5 new keys. He was even able to key them to a lock on the truck to match my door and check them. I had to plead three times for him to accept money for them. He reluctantly accepted 5.00. When I got home all 5 keys worked perfectly in both locks. I will definitely be calling him again in a year or so to install same locks on new townhouse. Thanks again for a great job done.

The day I was selling my car I lost my only key that starts the ignition. I live in Smyrna, DE so of course I tried calling all the local locksmiths. I called about 5 company's that were open 24/7 and NO ONE would answer. I finally got a hold of someone who said they couldn’t come out until the next day (Sunday). When Sunday came the guy blew me off! Never showed up, called me back, and was ignoring my texts/calls. I went back to looking for a locksmith when I tried Around the Clock. Someone answered the phone RIGHT AWAY, took all my information, and immediately found a guy to come out. I got Ryan Seaberg and he was amazing! He called me personally to get more of my information, gave me an estimated time on when he would arrive, and then called me once he was here. He was here within an hour. He made me a new key in only 30 minutes while I relaxed in my home and knocked on my door once he was done. He even made me another key that unlocks my doors. This review is based on 2 things. First things first, quality of work. He knows his craft and can pick a lock like he's part of Ocean's 11. He let us back in our home in no time. Second part, he's a rip off and kind of shady. Charged us $150 for less than 20 seconds of work (and 30 minutes of driving). To expound on him being shady: he recommended committing insurance fraud to re-coup our $150. "You guys seem cool. Just call your insurance company and tel them you locked your keys in your car and I came to let you out. They'll cut you a check right there and we all win." Again, if you want someone to do the job well, he's your guy. If you don't like being overcharged and him recommending something that can get you up to 7 years in jail and/or $15,000 fine, he might not be the guy for you.

I needed an additional key so took key to hardware store and despite 2 attempts keys did not work. I texted and called Joe after checking lock website where I struck out again. Instead of charging me a service charge fee he agreed to meet me in the local Wal-Mart parking lot and made me not just 1 but 5 new keys. He was even able to key them to a lock on the truck to match my door and check them. I had to plead three times for him to accept money for them. He reluctantly accepted 5.00. The day I was selling my car I lost my only key that starts the ignition. I live in Smyrna, DE so of course I tried calling all the local locksmiths. I called about 5 company's that were open 24/7 and NO ONE would answer. I finally got a hold of someone who said they couldn’t come out until the next day (Sunday). This review is based on 2 things. First things first, quality of work. He knows his craft and can pick a lock like he's part of Ocean's 11. He let us back in our home in no time. Second part, he's a rip off and kind of shady. Charged us $150 for less than 20 seconds of work (and 30 minutes of driving). To expound on him being shady: he recommended committing insurance fraud to re-coup our $150. "You guys seem cool. Just call your insurance company and tel them you locked your keys in your car and I came to let you out. They'll cut you a check right there and we all win." Again, if you want someone to do the job well, he's your guy. If you don't like being overcharged and him recommending something that can get you up to 7 years in jail and/or $15,000 fine, he might not be the guy for you.

Got locked out of my house today, fortunately I had my iPhone with me. I googled locksmiths and found Joe. I called him up. He answered right away and told me he would be out soon(he was in the middle of cooking out on the grill for his family and left that to help me out).
