I called on a Sunday afternoon. The locksmith stated that he would arrive in an hour. He showed up on time. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He had me in my BMW in less then a hour. I was highly impressed and satisfied. I will take a trip to the office this week so he can make me a spare. The reason I was locked out my car was because of my 15 year old. While packing up for a road trip, I asked her to put some bags in the trunk, so not only was I pissed but the road trip was cancelled. Glad I can get to work on Monday. I did not want to take septa!! This company is the BEST. I would highly recommend.

Saturday evening I went for a jog with my friend on Kelly Drive, then I got back to my apartment I realized that I lost my keys while jogging. That happened to me before and I used lots of locksmith services and always had horrible experience. This time I searched online again and came across AM PM locksmith company, the reviews looked very good, so I called them. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and polite, he said he would be by my apartment in 15 minutes. What a surprise, he actually showed up in 10 minutes, lets not forget its Saturday night, I was very impressed with his such fast arrival and then he picked my lock in less then one minute, I have no words how happy and thankful I was. He took over 48 hours to respond to repeated calls and texts!.And after finally showing up unannounced wanted more money of course for his shabby work. I told him to beat it ,and got a real professional to fix his screw-up. Save your time, money, and peace of mind, by getting a REAL locksmith that stands by his work!
