Jon is an outstanding businessman. He is kind, courteous and cares about keeping his word. As it got closer to my appointment time he called me several times with location updates and arrival times. He came to my home clean and neat (you could eat off the floor of his work van). He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. His pricing was better than fair and he got the job done quickly and would not leave until I tried the new keys myself. He even cleaned the inside of my dirty ignition. I would highly recommend him in the future.

All I can say is I highly recommend Absolute Locksmith! I had one key with my spare key being back home in California I was pretty much screwed.. I called Hertrich Mazda in Dover and I got a quote of over $650!! I ended up calling Absolute Locksmith got a quote over the phone the young lady I spoke to answered all my questions and the next day they were able to get me a key it was fast and easy!! thank you again!!!

Being in need of a replacement FOB for my Hyundai Azera, I contacted the Dealership where I had purchased the vehicle and was quoted a price. Since it seemed very high, I was fortunate to stumble upon Absolute Locksmith. Called and made an appointment. Within about 20 minutes, Jonathan Lopez had completed the work on programming a FOB and re-keying it for about 60% less than the Dealership quote!!! He is a true professional in his field, very personable, and I would highly recommend him for any locksmith work you need done. Thanks for you help today, Jonathan!!!

I'm from Baltimore and came down to rehobeth for the weeekend with my mom and aunt. My aunt thought she lost her car keys. (she drove down) luckily we ended up finding them but before we did I was calling a bunch of locksmith places in the area in case we didn't find them. None were open on Saturdays or they didn't make car keys. I called absolute and Jon answered. Immediately he was super nice and friendly. He was willing to come out even though he was 40 minutes away and didn't usually work Saturdays. And at a great price too! Luckily we found the keys, but Jon was so nice and professional and willing to work with us. Thank you Jon!!!! Give this man a raise! I will definitely refer people here! If only you guys were in Baltimore too!

I was at a concert in Dover and lost my car keys two hours before a rain storm was going to hit. I called Absolute Locksmith of Delaware and Jon arrived to my location in 30min. He explained to me in detail what he was going to do, how long it would take and how long he has been a locksmith so I didn’t feel like Joe Blow from down the street was working on my car. Amazing service and incredibly persistent. I was on vacation in Rehoboth Beach over Labor Day Weekend. I lost my one and only key to my Volkswagen Golf while in Ocean City. I called at least a dozen other locksmiths, only because they were closer to Rehoboth, but nobody could or would help me. And the closest VW dealer was 60 miles away with a 3-5 day wait for a new key and I was supposed to leave on Sunday. When I was finally referred to Jon (thank God), he was more than willing to come help, even late on a Saturday Night! We agreed to a Sunday morning appointment and he even met me in Rehoboth. Even with Volkswagen's dreaded impossible keying system, Jon showed great persistence and had me heading back home to Allentown, PA in no time. If you are ever in a jam, make sure to call Absolute first.

Jonathon installed a deadbolt for me today, and was sensitive to my requirements to ensure a tight seal, and fortified security since the door is in (essentially) a wind tunnel between 2 buildings, which creates a low pressure 'tug' on the door to open. He presented clear choices and limitations given my current metal door, and performed the job in an exemplary fashion. I encourage others to frequent his business (he does serve over the MD border, where I am,not just DE), so he can grow his business further, whether augmenting staff, inventory, or inhouse tools and software -- none of which comes cheap. He's a good guy, prompt, attentive to detail, and left the home in a clean condition.
