This is your one stop shop, Steve is amazing... Polite, fast, educated in his field... We actually had 2 lock Smith's come out and leave telling us no one can get it open etc... Steve came quickly (within in the hour) extracted the key, made a new one plus a spare AnD made sure my car stared before he left. I broke my key off in the door and my car was frozen shut. I needed a copy of my one and only key and fob for a car I had purchased. The seller gave me a second uncut and unprogrammed key. He told me to take it to a locksmith or a dealership and see what they could do. The answer there was nothing. It was a slightly newer year so I would have to buy a new key, and have it and my old one sent somewhere and have it all cut and programmed. Somewhere in the ballpark of $350. I called another dealership and got almost the same story, for about $20 less. Ridiculous! I looked on line and bought the key for my car on Amazon for $18 and called Huber Locksmiths and they advised to contact Steve at A to Z Lock & Key. I did just that. Steve came in a few minutes and for $100 I had a second key. Steve was prompt, courteous and inexpensive! $118 vs. $350+, plus I didn't have to have my one and only key sent somewhere...

I am from Philadelphia and lost my keys in Atlantic city. My van was locked and in a parking garage, also it was a Sunday. Only places I found open would just call back and say I wasnt in their area. I called a to z and they were very friendly from the gate. After making aragments and agreeing to what i thought was a very fair price, he assured me would be there in 15mins or less and was there in I'd say ten mins tops. Made me not one but two keys so now i have a spare copy. Highly highly recommended this company. Fast reliable and very knowledgeable. Would give them 10star review if I could.

GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!! About a month ago now I had lost my only key to my car somewhere at work. After facing reality I thought it would cost me $500 minimum to have my ignition and column replaced. Once I found out there are some locksmiths who can make a new key just by using the lock on your car I searched around on Google and came across A to Z Lock & Key. I must admit, after reading the review posted by that girl on here I was a little discouraged. I quickly realized there are two parts to every story, and it sounded too ridiculous to be true. Nobody would refuse to help get a baby out of a locked car, not even the Grinch. I called A to Z and spoke with the owner at around 5pm and explained my situation. He then informed me that my dealer could remake one on my specific car for free, maybe $5. That's right, instead of taking the job and making money off of me, he told me how to get it fixed for free!! That right there told me what kind of guy the owner was, and I knew that girl's review on here was farfetched for sure at that point. Unfortunately the dealer could not remake one because they had reset there database, so I called A to Z back. I'm sorry I cant remember the owners name, but he is who you will be dealing with. He said he would meet me at my car right away, and he honestly was there waiting for me to come from my house in my other car. The whole ordeal took about 15-20 minutes for him to make TWO perfect keys from scratch in the dark, while it was raining. I was so pleased with everything from the advice to how well and fast he completed the job that I gave him a tip because I honestly felt he deserved it. The final price was very good compared to others, and no BS fees for it being dark out or raining, like other companies like to add on. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! Like I said, it happened a month ago and unfortunately I've been really busy to write this, but its been eating at me to write a real review that this owner and company are truly deserving of.

Lost my Durango keys at Harrah's in Atlantic City on Thursday. I had to hitch a ride back home in my friend's car. I live 2 hours away. Called A to Z on Saturday morning to see if I could get service. Not only did the locksmith meet me at Harrah's self parking garage, he arrived before I did. Made me a new key (with chip) in about 15 minutes. Charged me what I considered a very reasonable price (I called around first) and did it with a good attitude. He even took the time to explain the 1 negative review he received and honestly I could not see the previous poster's comment being true. Thank you!

My son in law was given Steve's name by another place and called for help on Monday 5/27. No answer, left a message. My daughter was calling other places in the mean time, and called A to Z, not knowing it was Steve's business. he answered and reamed her out for calling again. He would not even let her explain that she didn't realize she had called the same place. He then said he would not help her and hung up on her! NASTY man, HORRIBLE customer service skills! I would never recommend him!!
