We have 2000 Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter and needed a spare key. They had the blank and Rob was able to cut and program it quickly and at a great price. I had called a Mercedes dealer and they would have been more than twice the cost.

Yes, they have the most complete selection of key blanks and they are excellent at cutting keys. But that's not the only reason to go there. They have a great selection of door locks, deadbolts, safes, and lock sets if you're a do it yourselfer. And they have a great crew of professionals who can do the work for you if you prefer. Prices are higher than the Big Box hardware store, but you're not going to find the same level of service or quality elsewhere.

Awesome people. Programmed my FOB I picked up for $45 on eBay perfectly in 15 minutes. Make sure it's erased of original program from the seller. Ones already programmed don't always work. So get one that's cleared from a reputable seller Saved $55.00 over the dealership that wanted $130.00 and made no guarantee it would work with no refund if it failed. Dealer suggested buying a new one and programmed for $375.00 of course. I don't think so.... Serv-u did it no problem. Great job Thanks

Tried to get 2 keys cut and programmed. After being told 3 times how much programming and cutting is (which I knew from a phone call I had made prior to going), I was then told they dint have time to do it. I was there at 5:30 and their hours are until 6:00, however their clain was that with the rush of a crowd and short staff they couldn't do it. There was absolute no one else in the store and the programmer was standing right there saying he was leaving in 3 minutes. Apparently no one there works until close. Tried to keep my business local but apparently its not wanted or needed enough to stay until close. Many other locksmiths available that won't be so willing to turn customers away without a care.
