I am extremely and highly impressed with the professional service and security consultation I received from Reasonable Locksmithing on 1-19-2018. As a business owner I find it is becoming extremely rare to find professionals of Lees character. I initially called to have my locks changed. Lee is a professional, knows what he is talking about and took the time to explain to the me the security options available for my specific situation. I actually felt as if I have made a new friend or even better reconnected with a cherished old friend. I have been in this area 2 years and as long as I am in the Peekskill, NY area, Reasonable Locksmithing will be the ONLY one I call when it comes to changing my locks or security concerns. Quality service and very trustworthy. I have known these people for several years and they are a family owned and operated business. They are members of ALOA "Associated Locksmiths of America. I notice he received a fraudulent review from most likely a scam locksmith. These are people that have no training and never have even taken any courses and are not bonded, they steal the ALOA logo to entice people to believe they are reliable and knowledgeable when in fact they are not.This bad review is to make people believe that do horrible business so you will not use them and to point the to a scam locksmith. I fully trust Reasonable Locksmith. They are on their 25th years of Business and there are all for quality. For further information in regards to the scam locks you can Google scam locksmith. You will be amazed what you see. I would also like to a Reasonable Locksmith has a walk in shop to where scam locksmiths do not..

I didn't hire Leland - I didn't have to! He asked me about the issue I was having with my lock and walked me through how to fix it MYSELF over the phone! He EASILY could have taken the job and charged me $150. He was super patient and helpful (I'm not handy and didn't have the right tools). I called Reasonable Locksmithing with an emergency on a dreary, cold, winter night when a client was locked out of her home. The worst part is it is her second home and her first home is 1300 mile away! What do you do? Call Leland Imm of Reasonable Locksmithing !!!! Hearing our urgency we were asked to send a photo of the lock and knob and within 20 minutes Leland was at the door with his tools!!! Quick response, reasonably priced ( hence the name) and virtually zero damage made my client a very happy person. Store his info in a safe place, you never know when you will need it.

My front door which is approximately 50 yrs old or more as is the mortis lock I have. My lock finally completely broke and I searched for options at major and local home repair stores, but found no possable fixes. I contacted Reasonable Locksmithing and spoke to Lee about my problem and issues concerning the door and lock. Lee to my surprise spent along time on the phone with me asking questions and discussing options with me and helped me come to a decision for myself without pressuring or pushing me with an agenda. He also made me aware of locksmith people and companies that are out there in local ad's and online that try to rip you off get caught and change names consistently. I was extremely surprised to find an owner of a business that would not only take time to talk to but be that honest, helpful and at the end told me to call him if I had any other concerns or questions. I will take him up on that and I will tell family and friends to keep in mind if they have lock issues.

Lee is the best. We locked my wife's wallet in the glove box of her car, and the lock broke and we couldn't get it out. It was a holiday weekend and had to leave town the next day. By far the best ever. Last night i was almost scammed by false locksmiths such as usa locksmith aka westchester locksmith but i came across reasonable locksmiths and was not only treated like family but was educated about locksmith thieves who scam and charge thousands of dollars.reasonable locksmith put me in touch with a colleague and i was taken care of right away. Reasonable locksmiths even have great recommendations from both local and state police [yes i called the police to ask before anything]. I recommend reasonable locksmiths to anyone. My wife and I just moved into the area of Yorktown Heights. We called Reasonable Locksmithing. Leland picked up the phone and ever so politely walked me through all of my concerns. He explained the pros and cons of the different types of locks I was interested in purchasing. I had so many questions and he patiently answered each one. I was at Home Depot buying locks, when I ran into a problem. I called Reasonable Locksmithing and Leland picked up the phone and once again walked me through all of my questions while I was at Home Depot. On the installation date, Leland was early (very punctual). He immediately identified himself, presented me with his business card, and was very professional. I had made a list of questions in general to ask about security and locks, and he once again answered all of them. Leland even walked around my entire house and was so knowledgeable about so many other things. His kind and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Leland was quick and neat. He even showed me a defect in my main entrance door and walked me through the reasoning of why it was defected. I could clearly see that even though I had an expensive lock on the door, it was totally useless until he fixed it. I used a variety of methods to contact Reasonable Locksmithing. In both phone and email, Leland was very helpful and quick to get back to me. I am very pleased with how the work turned out and I was very happy with the caring and professionalism that Leland has for me and my family. Reasonable locksmithing is by far the best locksmith I have ever used. I have used them multiple times and each time I am more pleased with them. I recently locked myself out of my car and a tow company was sent in an attempt to open it. Not only were they unprofessional and unsuccessful but they cracked my window frame with the doorstop that they used as a wedge. I then turned to Lee who was there in a flash, was extremely professional and talked me through the whole process. He gained entrance to my vehicle right away. He is very knowledgeable, very respectful and has all the right tools to get the job done the right way. He was very cautious not to damage my vehicle and that showed me how much he cares about quality of his work. Thank You Lee ! Wonderful company to work with. We had a broken lock. We called Reasonable and they came out the same day. Lee Replaced the broken lock with a new one. Two days later that lock turned out to be one that had a factory defect. I called Lee and he came out again that evening after we got home from work, and yes he was early AND was waiting for us!, and he replaced the defective lock with yet another new one! AND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE SECOND SERVICE CALL. All this and he is professional, careful, helpful with security suggestions, clean, on time…yes early! He treats his customers like family. My local locksmith was closed the other day so I frantically searched online for a locksmith. I am beyond happy I came across Reasonable Locksmithing. The owner asked me several questions before coming over and arrived within the time frame he said he would. Not only did he install my lock and secure another existing lock but he also gave me several home security tips!! As the company name suggests he was indeed reasonable with his rate and did not try to sell me anything additional or add on additional fees that we hadn't discussed prior. I would definitely call again if I had another lock related emergency. He's fast, reliable, and absolutely reasonable!!
