Called 10:25 am, was told that technician would arrive in 30 minutes, he didn't arrive until 11:50 and I was charged $75. Very nice guy, but when I spoke to his supervisor, he mentioned that his boss said they were not going to discount the $75 even though they inconvenienced me for over an hour. That is extremely unacceptable service that I have received and I would like my money back from them.

One star only because there is no option ‘zero stars’. I’ve been waiting for 3 hours and guys never showed up. Geico requested them for me. First it was 50 min, then another 50, then more. Then a guy called me insisting he has passed my location a couple of times and hasn’t seen me. I asked him to stop by exact building and send me screenshot of navigation app as a proof. He said he couldn’t. What the matter with you guys?!
