This review is a long time coming. Last Spring I had a situation, being a single woman with a house in Bridgeport, where things were happening at my house that gave me that prickly feeling and I'm not one to imagine things. I called a well known local locksmith who couldn't come to my house for several weeks, even though I explained I was nervous, if not scared. Then I called another locksmith, who could come on Saturday but couldn't give me an idea of price and I didn't have a good feeling, so then I called Otto's who came to my house that day, met me when I got home from work. Clean cut, intelligent, well-spoken, professional, courteous, friendly. He explained that two of my exterior doors only needed to be rekeyed, which cut the cost dramatically, but the 3rd door not only had to have the lock re-drilled and replaced, but he showed me the hinges were loose, and the door was about to fall off the frame. He replaced the hinges at no additional charge and re-drilled everything, so the door that I used to have to slam shut and pull up on the knob to get it to lock, closes and locks smooth as butter. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. I highly recommend.
