One Stop Locksmith came to my rescue.I lost my keys to my apartment and had no spare. One Stop Locksmith staff member met me in front of my building through a snowstorm. The locksmith replaced my lock with a more secured lock and it came with 3 spare keys. Great service and did I mention he came at the peak of a snowstorm.

We called Gil because the backyard door closed for a long time. Called Gil. He told us when he would come, how much it would cost and the what we need to give him as proof of the ownership of the house. He came quickly (although it was not an emergency), opened the door, made keys. He had all the tools necessary for service. He also helped us to examine two more doors and advised us how to increase door security. Later, we had some time, so we had some interesting conversation about life, work, philosophy, community, travel abroad, etc. He left us with a great impression about his love for the work he does. Gil’s work is highly recommended for great service, great price, and great personality.

The Locksmith arrived to my house on time and was patient enough to go into step-by-step details pertaining to the lock replacement. He gave multiple lock replacement choices and recommended the best one for my situation. He replaced two sets of locks for a fair price and in a decent amount of time. The locksmith even helped me with a door in the basement that wouldn't lock properly which was done at no cost. I would recommend NY One Stop Locksmith to anyone that I know. Good job!

He located that lock within 12 hours and installed it in 15 minutes at no extra cost. It's not everyday one needs a locksmith, however, I'll be sure to call them the next time I do.

Gil charged premium for getting out of bed and driving over to me at that hour, but it was less than a few other locksmiths I called. He was courteous, polite, quick and efficient in replacing the lock. 3 months later, the same lock started to stick. Gil returned and fixed a manufacturing defect at no charge. It was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated. Locksmiths get a bad rap as opportunistic extortioners, but I really feel like I found a good one. Heartily recommend him.
