I had had a home invasion this past Friday morning. I called every locksmith in Orange county and not one of them could change my locks same day. I was shaken and worried that the robber was still in my residence. When I called MYA locksmith, they said they would send out Ron within an hour to change my locks and add dead bolts for me. I can not express how relieved I was when he called me to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He saw that I was full of fear from the break in, he was very empathetic and went the extra mile to do a complete walk through of all for floors of my home. He was kind, understanding and very professional. The lock installation was affordable and when I closed that dead bolt, I felt secure. He left me with the original keys and a six month warranty. The owner, Diego, responded almost immediately and promised he would come by in the afternoon. He then called again when he was minutes away. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. His van is like a portable office. He even makes his own keys. He changed our locks and keys and made me feel safe again in my home. I'm so glad I found him!! A desk was accidentally locked, which needed to be opened rather quickly for access to important documents. I called MYA and Diego was able to come and help me out immediately. He was here in 15 minutes and not only unlocked the desk for me, but showed me where the lock mechanism was under the desk so the error could not be repeated. Beyond impressive. Diego was able to do what other locksmith companies told me was impossible! I lost the key to my car and didn’t’ have a spare. I called all over our area asking for the cost of a new key made without my original. I was being quoted up to $600 to have it made and programmed and then they wanted the car towed to them on top of that! I called Diego and the price was no where near the insane numbers I was getting, AND HE CAME TO ME AFTER HOURS!!! He called to check in with me and provide updates on his way over which was great. Professional and very prompt service even when initially getting a quote via text. Diego was here the next day. He programmed one key and cut and programmed a second key and even worked around some issues that came up. I.e my obd port fuse was blown and the original ignition key did was not the greatest( worn & bent), but the second .key he cut worked so much better. Highly recommend their service to anyone. They will come to you. Ask for Diego
