The consultation was detailed and he explained the different tyes of options and the cost for each. He did not try and sell a specific product. I was able to make an informed decision based on the provided information. He then left and returned the same day driving 50+ miles to pick up and return with my selections from the warehouse. I whole heartedly recommend him. Professional and excellent customer service. Same day consultation and install. 5 stars.

Poor Customer service, and very unprofessional. It may say 24hrs, but I called at 11:30 p.m and he was slurring on the phone, acting as if I was bothering him. Here I am trying to give someone local my business, and I'm being blown off. He told me it would be 284 dollars just because its a Saturday! I hate when businesses establish hours on the weekend and then charge you extra for coming during their hours! Plus, he hung up on me after I asked him for the estimate. I work at a large Aerospace company all the way down in Orange Connecticut. I used Mr. Lock Magic to install a digital key pad to get in our warehouse door. Not only do my night time employees use it for easier access to our plant but our day shift uses it all the time to get back into the building. During the recent storm our shop lost power so all of the other doors that were on key cards would not open. Luckily the lock the Mr. Lock Magic installed ran on batteries and we were able to gain access through that one single door. If the key pad wasn't installed we would have lost valuable production time on very high demand aerospace components. Shai is a lifesaver! I arrived home from the airport to discover that I was locked out of my house. On a Sunday. In the freezing rain. Shai was the first one I called and he picked up right away. He was upfront about the Sunday surcharge and said he could be there in 10 minutes. He was and then spent the next 45 minutes in the freezing rain trying to get my back door open that was also jammed. Instead of just instantly giving up and drilling it (which I didn't want) he stayed with it and opened it with no damage to either lock. He then fixed the door for me so it won't jam again for no charge. He was patient, diligent and a true craftsman. I highly recommend him!

He was mumbling and John could not hear him that well over the guys in the background. After my husband got a price he called around a bit and come to find out shai was the best price. My husband called him up and he came over. He showed up and was totally out of it,Smelled like he had taken a bath in marijuana and used beer as soap. Shai got the work done quick but made me feel like he was doing me a favor and that he had something or somewhere more important to be. I guess you get what you pay for.. next time we will call West Hartford lock. I am sure there owner does not let them get high on the job... for this I am giving one star.... good thing my husband tried him before we offered him our 3 apartment complex's
