Had a troublesome key on my motorcycle. I brought in the lock cylinder, and in 10 minutes then guys here had found me an aftermarket key that fit better than the one I had been using, overhauled the cylinder and matched the new key to my gas cap. All for less than $10. Super happy with the work and the experience.

Took a broken 20+ year old lockset into the store. Staff did not believe the set was broken and condescendingly explained how to lock the push button. Finally convinced them the set was broken, then was sold a new handset that did not match the style that I brought in to them. Discovered the mistake when I was installing the new unit two weeks later. Not worth the trouble to go back and deal with them anymore. Have to find another locksmith who is interested in my business.

Wanted to make a spare ignition key for my 09 Hyundai. I ran into a mobile key maker who was overly priced, neither Home Depot nor Lowe's carried the auto key I needed anymore. Then I found Manchester Lock and Safe and they were quick, polite and quite reasonable ($5 per car key copy). I would go back here again.
