This place did a great job creating w sets of 2 keys for a moped I am fixing. The keys are very unique and many other locksmiths passed on the job. The service came with a price but I'm happy with the keys I got and the time required to complete the job. I highly recommend them.

Great serves, over the last 5 years I have used the Locksmith Center to help me re-key locks and install new dead bolts at many different locations I take care of. I have never once had to ask them to come back to fix anything they did. Every job they do professional and done right the first time. Simply put these guys are top notch tradesmen. I am completely satisfied with the Lexus emergency key they cut for me. They were quick professional and made sure my new key worked before sending me on my way. After getting the run around from the crooks at the dealership these guys are a breath of fresh air. Called to have someone come out to open the bathroom door my 4 year old daughter locked. I immediately got an excuse about how busy he was for the day. I informed him he doesn't have to come the same day. Was asked to email a pic of lock and would receive a call back. It's been 2 days and still have not received a call

Great experience there this morning. Provided and programmed keys (with chips) for a Nissan Sentra and remote door opener. They were very helpful and straight forward in providing information about different options available and getting the work done. It is the only place in the West Hartford/Hartford area to get automotive or home lock work done!

I don’t consider costumers are always right. Based on all the reviews of other people, this place seem to offer a good service. But I was unlucky that I received a very unfriendly costumer service over the phone. The person i was spoken to was not friendly. The person sound like an older gentleman. I felt like he was going to yell at me.I was completely shock because all I want to ask him was do I need to bring anything in for him to make a new set of car’s key for me. I don’t know if he was in a bad mood at work, but it doesn’t mean he have a right to ruin my day. I was very unsatisfied with the costumer service over the phone. This review isn’t mean to make the company look bad. It’s for the owner and the company to realize how their employees perform their job. I hope no one will get a same experience as I do. For your safety, avoid calling them. It was my first time trying to get the service from this company and it was my last time.

This place is great. I needed a few door keys and a mailbox key made-ideally before I lost them which was inevitable. I walked 50% think it’s wasn’t possible. They cut the keys in front of me. It took a maybe 2 minutes. This place is fast! I’ll definitely be back when I need more keys!
