Nothing but positive experiences with Whitford. We have an antique mortise lock on our old house's main door that was missing parts, as it turns out. Many had tried unsuccessfully to fix it. We brought it into the store and Lee was able to fix it quickly on the spot. So reasonable, fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Saved us from a true fire hazard!
