Was a little confusing when they asked for my email address and my fingerprint without giving the option to cancel .. but I got a key made without having to wait for the jerk at home depot. To come to his station/the key machine and wait for him to tell me he can't make a copy for one reason or another...

Awful, took over 4 hrs to arrive after they advised they would be 35 min, did not respond to check on status and when they arrived it only got worse as they overcharged and caused damage to a door.

The key I needed copies of was not available at most places and I did not have time to go to an actual locksmith and the KeyMe kiosk did not have the key but it did come in the mail as promised and the 3 copies I ordered worked great. I was very pleased and would use the kiosk again in the future.

We were walking out of Kroger on 116th Street when my wife spotted the key machine. We had just paid $85 to get a Toyota key copied so this looked like a really good deal. It was easy to get set up in the kiosk, and the arrived pretty quickly. This was great!!!

The keys worked perfectly. In the past, I have had this same key copied at a hardware store, and the key was difficult to turn. The ability to get a new key in the future using my fingerprint is a clever way to protect against future lock-outs.
