Came to a job he was supposed to do and refused to do it because he didn’t feel comfortable working with a open box that someone else started but didnt finish. I didn’t ask you to clean up that mess just asked u to do the other doors that were not touched. Maybe u should be doing something else, pathetic.

Saturday evening, 10 degrees out, Locked out of my building. They answered their phone, he got here within an hour, opened the door, and fixed the lock. The locksmith and his office personnel were all very nice. Call them, use them, you won't regret it.

Told me they could help me after I called twice. I told them my situation twice each call and they tell me hours later after waiting for them that they really couldn't help me. It was already too late for me to even go with the other option I had in mind since I waited for them. I wish they would be more sure about their services before jumping into a situation. I'm sure all they see are dollar signs.
