The only reason I’m giving them a 2 is the because the key was ready the next day. They told me one price over the phone than when I got there it was $100 more for whatever reason. Also I called them right before I got my car towed there to tell them I was coming and the lady told me ok. Fast forward to me pulling up to the place the guy puts me on the phone with his boss that proceeds to tell me I should’ve never got the car towed there. I walked out to show him where the car was and he locked Me out the store and turned off the lights. It really was a bad experience and I feel they should’ve accommodated me for their employees lack of knowledge for the establishment policies. The customer service skills sucked to me!

First time going in to have house keys done, and they were quick and pkeasant. Unfortunately I made a mistake and had the wrong key copied. They were great remaking my keys without making me feel incompetent. Wonderful customer Service. Nice store. I'll definitely recommend them.

The young gentleman that assisted me was very kind, and knew exactly what he was doing. He had me in and out of that place in 10 minutes! I was worried about finding a place that could make a spare for my VW rabbit that was decent in price. Well I saved $200 and change by going with Karpilow! So happy.

Went to get my keys cut and they wanted to charge me $13 per key. They also weren't going to guarantee that it would work. Now I'm getting my keys done for $1.75 somewhere else.

Great alternative to Dealerships for lost keys. I lost my car keys and Karpilow charged half the price the dealer wanted. It was done quickly and I would recommend them.

I had six keys I needed duplicated. Home Depot said they didn't have blanks for 4 of them, and the other two would cost $5 each for the blanks, not including the cost to cut them. No thanks! The next day, I walked into Karpilow just past 8AM, put the six keys on the counter, and 15 minutes later walked out with 2 perfect duplicates of each of the six keys. The dozen new keys cost just under $40, so that's about $3.34 per key. Quick and effective.

I just went and got a set of keys done here. Just a set of regular gm keys that had to be cut. I feel like I now got ripped off cause I went to another place and they charge half of what I bought them for. I just had to go 10 min out of my way. I wanted to get my keys cut good but it's not worth paying double that's unfair. I know who I'm giving a good review now. and whos name I'm filing off of my keys.

They might do great work, but..... They were recommended by our real estate agent who recommends them for all their new sales and rentals. As we have rental property, we needed a locksmith. So, I called to make appointment. He said they start at 8:30 am. I said 8:30 was fine. He said they leave the shop at 9 so around then. I waited until 9:30 and they were a no show. We called and the person we spoke to said they will be there around 12 pm. The person actually said "I wasn't the one who told you 9 am" You might not have been the one to tell us that, but another employee told us. With in 15 minutes, we arranged for someone to meet them there at 12 and we called them back to tell them a different person will let them in. A third employee said they would be there at 3:30 pm!! We cancelled. The next day, someone called to see if we wanted to reschedule. REALLY? My time is valuable and you expected me to waste another day waiting? I already found someone else and they were FANTASTIC. So maybe Karpilow is the best in the industry. But we will never find out.
