He was done in less than 30 minutes and even vacuumed any mess that came from him working on the door. I had an issue with the smart lock and I called John and he came back to check and make sure everything was working. Reasonable prices and came on time!

Extremely satisfied with their service. Our lock got stuck in the door jam and even after removing the know we couldn't pull the latch out of the catch so our door was stuck shut. We called Jons locks and he came over right away even at 7:00 p.m. He got the door open in less than 10 mins and put a new lock on for us and we even got to continue to use the same keys. Highly recommended!!!! Very professional and friendly as well.
