The technicians did a great job creating duplicate Lexus and Toyota keys to replace the ones that were broken. It took an extra effort to get VIN info from Toyota but everything was done professionally and with a very positive attitude.

I’ve had a deadbolt installed from these amazing people . They did such a fantastic job with installing and little mess . When an issue occurred and the lock no longer was securing into place , they came right out and fixed it immediately . Very professional and respectful workers. I give them 10 stars

She is super fast and skilled, you can tell she is just happy to help people, and not trying to make money. She will give you the most honest and sincere suggestions on what kind of keys you need and not need. I would never go to another locksmith anywhere else but Eli's! These people were amazing on my 1st walk in to their shop. I just need a part for my expensive Schlage commercial door lock. I was late getting there and they stayed open for me. These things are $250 new and parts are expensive. Their technician happened to arrive as I did. He took the time (keep in mind they are supposed to be on their way home) and took apart my lever set, figured out what I needed knowing I was going to do it myself. They could of sold me the subassembly ready to go for about $45 or the whole thing for $250. No, they helped me save the money, NO CHARGE FOR THE LABOR!! with this emergency repair I needed and charged me $5 for the part. IN OTHER WORDS FREE AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. It was Saturday evening. I passed all the other lock smiths that were closed and not answering phone where some did not even have a walk in store. Next time I need something I'm going to pass all the other ones even if they are open because these are the people who will always get my business. Ok true story, thank you

They help everyone from all backgrounds and know their business and products very well. They even cleaned up old rusty locks and got them to start working again for me. I will definitely come back and highly recommend everyone to use this business.

They took extra time to avoid damaging the lock or doorframe. I was charged the standard fee (despite the storm and the hour). These are good people!

A locksmith you want to use! The following episode is worth sharing. I called to have two number locks installed in addition to two automatic door closers. The work was done quickly and professionally. To my husband’s dismay he realized that I did not ask for number locks that close on their own. I called back to have automatic number locks installed, I was expecting a hefty re=installation fee and an annoyed response, instead I got cordial service, an apology (as if it was their mistake and not mine) and a no fee replacement. Thanks for unbelievable service!
