After 2 weeks of trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck I finally noticed the key had broken and the chip was missing. I went to Caola at 8am explained my situation. Was guarenteed a solution that same day. I went home, I was called by 9:45am with an estimate and then again at 11:30am when I was told they had come to me, fixed what needed fixing (key made and programmed to my truck) and I could pick up my key at any time!! Quick and so nice that after a long night (I work 11-7 in a nursing home) I didnt have to skip my morning nap to wait around for someone to show up. Amazing service! Thank you guys at Caola so much.

Wow. Holy Smokes. .Needed the chip key and the remote stuff for an auto... they gave me a mini education about it. Which model & years cars could use the programmable Keys (cheaper) versus the more expensive programmable car only. They cut the laser Cuts, programmed the chip into the car, and programmed the remote all at about 1/3 the price of the dealer. I like these guys. Friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

Called 2 months ago in December to get a quote on a new car key. Finally decided to go go in and get a new one cut. Didn't realize until I got home and looked at my notes from that call that they overcharged me from the original quote they gave. I thought it seemed like more, but I was already there and wanted it done. They were quick and fast though.

Zack, and Bob know their s**t about auto locks and probably other types. I went there with a 2004 F150 that I just bought. Key worked in the ignition but not in the door or tailgate. They determined that the keys I had were worn. They figured out the correct cut pattern and made me keys that worked properly. To save me money they transferred the chips from the keys I had and put in the new keys. They also programed the truck computer to accept 2 additional keys, and 2 key fobs. I can recommend them highly

He will refuse to duplicate Master keys "because they are made in China". He then chided me saying "I know this, I've been doing this for years" and was extremely rude to me. Apparently many people have had a good experience here. I got shamed and shut down for asking a question.

Got two keys for my ford for $110, less than one costs at the dealer! Service was great, very competent technicians programmed the keys in their fully equipped garage. The other guys tried to do it on the side of the road, I thought my door was going to be taken off by traffic, and the other guys keys didn't even work!

Fantastic! I needed a spare key for my Toyota Avalon (smart key) and they did it for a great price (about 1/2 the dealer quote) and everything was 100% correct the first time.
