I would not give this business one star. They seem to only see dollar signs in your eyes - don't care about offering good service. I called because I was locked out of my house and they kept me waiting for hours. Their tech was on another job nearby and I had to wait. When he arrived he asked for half of the service call fee plus parts and labor. I refused saying I had paid for a repair that was not a good job - i asked the tech if he is the owner and when he said he is. i asked him didn't he care about his business' reputation for service - I had made it clear from my initial call that I would not pay for the visit. I wanted them to see that they hadn't repaired the problem. He hadnt gone out of his way, he was on his route back to his office but when he knew he wouldn't be paid - he drove off and left me after i had waited hours for him. He wouldn't even try to open the door! Do not give your money to this business!!

They are very expensive. Charge for their locks than others. For returns they charge a shelving change of 10 %. Be aware.

People there were very very helpful, had everything I needed (hard to find things too) and everything was extremely reasonably priced. I had a toddler with me and they were beyond patient, accommodating, asked me if she could have a lollipop (Very nice that they asked me--and she was so happy while I got what I needed)! Real family place! It's nice to give business to nice people!

These guys arw the best!! The nicest! Most reasonable prices in our area, i called 10 other ones around. Fast had my daughters car ignition done in under 2 hours. We couldn't even start it. Had AAA tow it there for free. Yippieee thanks guys you are the best!!

Easy to find and excellent service. My key was broken in half and she said it was broken in a good spot; even still the amount of time it took the young lady to duplicate the key was unbelievably quick!. I would give 0 stars if I could. They came an hour and a half after the window of 12-2. The locksmith here was a genuine friendly guy but when I called the main office to reschedule an appointment because our locksmith that arrived could not get in; Chris the secretary gave me an attitude. Then our locksmith left and I called back because they gave me an appointment date a week later. So I said I will just go somewhere else because I already wait 1 and a half weeks. Chris became beligerant and angry, hung up on me. So I called back to which I kept getring hung up. I spoke to a guy named Matthew who was extremely rude and mean, and screaming at me when I tried confirming that I would not be held accountable for paying for the little work that they did. They claimed to not know what the job was even though I sent pictures and the make and brand to their email. Terrible company who over booked their workers and have the audacity to become angry and mean when you decide to go elsewhere because they pushed you back 1 week. Do not go here, highly disappointed, and concerned with how they have been in business so long. To reply to owner: your technician got here and at 3:53pm and left at 4:59pm. With a window of 12-2. The person who answered the phone said "was work done?" Engaging my questions of what will it cost because I am not paying. You failed to answer the question over and over again. I record my calls and will gladly post then online with a link for everyone to see. No problem. You try to make it seem like the customer is the problem, and nothing more. You are the problem. When a window is 12-2, dont arrive 2 hours later and not do the job. Then you said maybe tuesday, but tried to get a thursday appointment. Hence why I said 1 week away. Also the technician left because he had another job to go to. I sent pictures of the safe, you told him it was a gun cabinet and he could get into it in 2 minutes. Faulty communication skills by owner and management, extremely rude and they try blaming the customer for their shotty customer service. Also to add, you did not call to verify if it was ok. At 2:40pm I called asking where he was and you said he got held up at a job in coram. You guys never intended on calling and letting me know he was running late. Goodthing I found another lock smith who can come by tomorrow. As I said before DO NOT GO HERE. Check the reviews, clearly people hate this place. People have mentioned rude and unprofessional staff with no definite on a time frame even with a window they come 2 hours later and no call. People have said they don't shoe sometimes too! Buyer beware!!! They may have a good price, but whomever reads this, question yourself this what would you pay for good customer service and a 1 day job? What is the price of customer service to you? And a job well done? You called at 3:21pm stating the locksmith was on his way from Coram which is exactly 20 minutes away from me. Not including traffic. He got here 2 hours late and spent 1 hour. Nice try owner trying to blame the consumer instead of your BS company. Entitlement at its finest. Another edit to owner: Now your making an issue out of the $150 quote you gave to me? I have a recording of the secretary chris giving a round about quote of 150. Its crazy how you guys change from one issue to the other. How about you apologize and call it a day like a normal business would? Everything you have said so far makes you look childish and inconsistent. Just stop bud.

Great service and support. I had a large lock project to take care of for my boss. Went into the store in port jefferson station on nesconset highway. A fella named Matthew reviewed with me what my needs for the job required. Ordered the hardware everything came in a few days later. When I was doing the job I had a few problems called brookhaven locksmiths. They helped me over the phone and when I needed on site help. They had a technician on site the same day. Outstanding service.

Rude and nasty. My first time there the young kid came out and did the keys NO PROBLEM. Second time a tall skinny older guy tells me “ I am not about to start playing with those keys now” Are you a locksmith? He comes outside and tells me “ it’s gonna take way to long” Does he think he is doing me a favor? Nasty nasty Not good with people. Lots of other places would love to make the money. I Will never use them. Stay away.
