It was early Sunday morning and we realized we were locked out of our car - keys under the visor. Paul Arena called us back within ten minutes of our voicemail and in a calm, friendly manner told us not to worry and that he'd be over in twenty minutes. He arrived with a bunch of tools and an amazingly optimistic attitude and got our challenging Honda Odyssey door open in ten minutes. Amazing service and skill!!

I asked Paulie to cut 3 tubular keys for my motorcycle; we arranged a time to meet and Paulie began to cut the keys...his tubular cutter broke a piece...things happen..I sent him an email a couple days later letting him know i was still interested in the keys....he sent me a reply that I could pick the keys up when I was free. He cut the keys by code and did a great job, professional, excellent communications, will have more work done by Paulie. I would recommend him in a second
