Needed a new entry door rekeyed. They were on a job and told me to call back at 4 and speak with Bruce. Called back at 4:00 and Bruce was at my house 10 minutes later. He not only rekeyed the lock but installed it in the door. Exceptional service and nice people. Would not hesitate to call them again.

My office needed its locks re-keyed on a short timeline, so I called up the first locksmith that popped up on my internet search. A gentleman answered and laughed when I said I needed the locks re-keyed same day. He said he was just too busy to help me. The second "local" locksmith I called said he could be at the office in 4 hours. When he arrived, he told me he had to travel all the way from Massachusetts. I questioned the Colchester address associated with his number, and he said the phone number went to a call center and they dispatched a locksmith accordingly. The Colchester address wasn't real. The whole thing smelled fishy. Additionally, he could only give me 2 new keys (I needed at least 4), told me it would take an hour and a half (I was leaving for the day in 30 minutes), and said it would cost $600 cash ONLY. It was as if he arbitrarily made up that number. Needless to say I told him to leave. A friend gave me Allstate's number and told me to ask for Jim. Jim was (and still is) absolutely FANTASTIC. I explained my situation and asked him if there was ANY WAY he could re-key the locks first thing the next morning... and he said yes!! He came in with Glenn (I believe). They were fast, efficient, courteous, kind, and professional. He really made my day and took so much stress off my shoulders. And all for a fraction of the price!! Highly highly recommend.
