Honest & helpful. We got scammed by 24/7 Locksmith and a rep from Alliance came and helped us out and fixed the other "locksmith's" errors for ridiculously less money. Definitely would use this service for future issues.

Alliance came to my business to give me an estimate and then ordered the part and installed it very quickly. Frank was so friendly and professional when he came to do the work. Shortly after I had a door issue and Robert was going to help immediately. I fixed it on my own but he called a few days later to follow up. I will definitely use them next time I need a locksmith for my business or home.

Great job! Looked at my issue and found the most cost-effective part and quickly fixed my lock. The tech also took the time to adjust my door hinges and lock strike plates so that door opens more easily. Well done...

I was purchasing a new house, and had seen this business in place for several years. I made arrangements for them to come an hour after the expected finishing of my closing on the house. the closing was delayed, and the locksmith waited for me. He advised me on the best methods and products to use for safety and expense. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite. He also fixed another door and advised us what old keys to no longer use (ancient house) but keep for decoration. I feel safe and secure in the new house and I think the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

I was freaking out yesterday as my deadbolt was stuck and I was unable to get out of my apartment for about 15 minutes before it finally unjammed. I contacted Alliance Locksmith this morning as my bottom lock and deadbolt were not locking properly. I spoke with Robert on the phone and I could tell immediately that he was professional and reliable. They were able to come within a few hours and the gentlemen that came replaced my lock and repaired the dead bolt within 25 minutes. It is working perfectly and gave me a sense of security again. I will definitely use them again should I have any lock related issues.

THESE GUYS ARE A WHIRLWIND OF SERVICE!! The (very) old knob on my front door had started coming out every time I needed to open it. I called Alliance and a nice man was at my door within 2 hours of my call. He assessed what was needed and told me I could call to schedule a repair whenever I wanted and there was no high pressure about it either. I called and as a disabled senior I was impressed with their concern, assurances, and found they give a senior discount to boot! The following day I had a call to confirm I wanted them to come and the same gentleman from the day before was in the area and he was at my door very shortly. He had that doorknob replaced so fast. I got a follow up call to see if the work had been done satisfactorily. These guys really make it clear they care about their clients and the quality of their work. I don't usually do reviews but Alliance Locksmiths deserve all the accolades they get.

I had a new deadbolt installed on my 100 year old door by Ganesh at Alliance Locksmith. Ganesh was polite and professional. He was able to install my new deadbolt in about a half hour and it works perfectly. Robert was also incredibly helpful in making sure that I had the appropriate lock for my door prior to my appointment. I highly recommend Alliance Locksmith.

I have used these guys twice over the past 5 years, and I have to say they did a great job both times. The reason I am bothering to write a review is that I think it's the right thing to do to acknowledge exemplary service. Yesterday at 3pm a tradesman in my house locked a bathroom door from the inside and pulled the door shot - thus locking the door. And I had a realtor showing the house to a client at 5. I discovered the problem at 3:30, tried to open it for a half hour and only at 4 o'clock picked up the phone. I told him my predicament and he rerouted one of his guys on the road to get to me. He arrived at 4:40 and was in his truck pulling out as the realtor drove in. A bit close for comfort, but I have to acknowledge these guys having a customer first attitude and I am grateful for the fast and good work.
