I recently lost my house keys and a Google search led me to Jerry Charm of Acme Lock & Safe, Inc. He came out quickly and got to work right away getting me back inside my house and on with my day. Jerry was clearly experienced and he had replaced my deadbolt in a matter of minutes. Jerry was very thorough, finishing with a clean-up with is always helpful and greatly appreciated. Lastly, there were no surprises when the bill came. Jerry is experienced and efficient; fair and friendly. Hopefully, I won't lose my keys anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely calling Jerry!

I called because I locked my keys in my car and I was told “ your too far I don’t want to do it Call a towing company” those were his exact words and pushed me off the phone. If my town is too far take it off your website as one of the towns that you service. Terrible
