I have a small shop in Stratford and of course I locked myself out the other day , it was just a matter of time ... I called this company AA All American Locksmith because I found them on Google . The lady told me it will be around 20 min I said that's great and hang up. In 14 minutes the technician was in front of my store I believe his name was Cosmo , very patient , extremely professional and also you could see he was experienced . Not only he opened the front door but he also looked and give me some suggestions about the back door ! Hopefully I will not need a locksmith soon but if i will it would definitely be AA All American Locksmith , thank you guys !

Gabriel arrived to the appointment on time. He was incredibly professional. He demonstrated all of the deadbolts and knobs that I was interested in having installed. He took the time to understand my needs, and recommended the appropriate locks. Once we determined the proper locks, he went right to work. Once the installation was complete, he cleaned up any mess that was created from drilling and took the time to make sure everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend him, and will use him again if I ever need a locksmith.

I had no trouble making an appointment for a locksmith to replace the locks after we moved onto our new home. As promised, Gabriel called 30 minutes to alert of his impending arrival. He was able to quickly clarify which locks were safest and price spectrum. Unfortunately, the previous owners had lost several keys so we were forced to replace deadbolts entirely, not just replacing the locks. But Gabriel completed this in a very efficient manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

I called All American Locksmiths to have a new lock re-keyed, and one hour later Gabriel was at my door. He was very pleasant and professional, and his fees were very reasonable. Within a few minutes my lock was re-keyed and I was a happy camper. I asked Gabriel if he could enlarge a hole in my door to accommodate the new lock. Gabriel showed me that the lock was designed with a removable sleeve for exactly that kind of installation problem. He could have easily charged me for enlarging the hole, and I never would have known that wasn't necessary. It is refreshing to see that kind of honesty and integrity these days. I highly recommend All American Locksmiths to anyone in need of a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest local locksmith. I will definitely use All American Locksmiths again!

Before anything, this has been the rudest encounter of my life! The girl on the phone (rude) told me I will be charged $69. I was told the technician will arrive in 30 minutes but I had to call back 1 hour later to see how much longer the technician will be taking and her response was "well why don't you call him". Finally when he gets there, who by the way was even more rude than the lady on the phone, says it's gonna cost me $145. Now I'm not no locksmith but this definitely sounds like a big RIP OFF compared to the $60 I payed 1 time in the past. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone after that experience!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I’m giving this review because people need to realize the quality of materials used. The locksmith came promptly, did a quick job and was reasonable. A year after the installation of the deadbolt installed the flimsy tin housing crumpled, ripped and now the whole bolt is spinning, effectively broken and not useable. Of course I didn’t realize it until the lock failed and they only give a 90 day guarantee. I thought paying a locksmith would have given me the assurance of a secure quality installation. I’m off to Home Depot to do the repair myself.

When I noticed chipped paint and wood splinters around my back door jam I knew someone was trying to shim my locks. One phone call to All American Locksmith took all my worries away.
