Scheduled an appointment, was told 30-45 min. I arrived at my vehicle around the 30 min mark. Waited close to an hour and called to check status. I was told another 15 min tops. Waited another 45 min and called, they couldn't get a hold of the technician for another ETA, so I left because my hour lunch break turned into 2+ hours and if I took any longer I'd have to take a vacation day.

This review is late coming, but the impression Kyle made on me is long-lasting. He was very genuine, friendly, extremely competent, and even helped me find resources that could help me before I would need to pay for his services! When I get locked out or need other lock-related services, there is NO ONE ELSE I will call. Period. Most of the other services I called to get quotes were offensively expensive, not personable or professional, and required payment reguardless of if they fixed the issue or not. Kyle, thanks for making me believe that there are in decent, capable repairmen in the world again.

Locked my keys in my truck at the store this morning ! Called Pop A lock and Super thankful Kyle was at my truck with in minutes! What could easily have ruined my day turned into a great experience! Not only did Kyle open my truck but I also had him make new keys and fabs for both my vehicles while he was there . Saved my butt as well as trips to two different dealerships since I was originally told by someone else that I could only have extra fabs made there. Can’t say enough great things about Pop A Lock and especially Kyle !

Omg what a life saver this guy is. We were in town and lost our key. Which basicly made us stuck in Denver. I googled lock smiths no one could help us. Everyone said its dealer only key. I saw a pop a lock van and said what the heck ill ask. Thank god i did kyle is an amazing lock smith. He is the only guy that took the time to look at our car and make a key. Thank you so much now we can get home. I cant say thank you enough.

Had an amazing experience with the staff at Popalock. I very rarely leave reviews but after everything they did to go above and beyond I felt like I had to share. I had another company come out and they couldn't figure out rekeying my car. Was told there was likely an issue with the computer system in my vehicle (after just dropping a couple thousand on a new engine) Talked to another company and the locksmith is not only rude but quoted me almost double what Pop-A-Lock charge me. The first young man that came out couldn't figure out the key either due to a glitch with my vehicle, but was very friendly and tried every possible thing you could think of. He then called his general manager, Kyle, who came out on his own time and was able to fix it. He was knowledgeable and friendly and the price is very reasonable. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Used pop a lock with my road side, do to a computer error on pop a locks end it showed job was complete without them showing up. My wife called and lady on phone was rude, said well it shows as done so nothing I can do call verizon (road side with hum) or pay for them to come out. Was very rude and upset my wife, we did get ahold of verizon and pop a lock did come out the guy that came out was very good and professional. Unlock car fast and called before hand to apologize for the Computer issue. 1 star as the lady picking up phones was rude and unprofessional rather then apologizing and finding a solotion, wanted us to pay a 2ed time. Updateing to 4 stars as the local Supervisor l, and guy that unlocked the van called and apologized for the call center issues and will be following up to see what happend.

Pop-a-lock come out and worked on getting me a new key, the guy working on my car was there for 3 hours and couldent program the key to the car a few days later pop-a-lock came back out and got everything working like new

Once I gave my information I received a call from Josh less than 5 minutes later telling me he was on his way. The drivers or should I say driver of a van for Pop a lock doing 95 miles an hour down the road endangering the lives of others while he cuts off traffic is not a very good description of a good locksmith place And then when you call to talk to someone to let them know they hang up on you three times not a good way to do business

Absolutely STELLAR Service. Josh was amazing. They were able to order in a special part and come see me on a very short notice. They have a great communication system and are super friendly! And they were very reasonable with the price. Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful. My Subaru had a worn out key that should have worked in the ignition and the door but did not. I would give Kyle ten stars if I could! I don't ever leave online reviews but he was fast, professional, kind and went so far above and beyond that I had to this time. My first day in our new house in Denver, by myself, I locked myself out at 10:15pm. I didn't realize the top and bottom locks were keyed differently and I only had the key to the deadbolt. He came within 20 minutes, had my house unlocked, and could have gone home and I would have been more than happy. But he immediately offered to rekey my doorknob at no extra charge to match the deadbolt (at 10:45pm, and freezing outside!) so it wouldn't happen again. He also made me two extra keys on the house and gave me a stuffed Pop-A-Lock animal for my two year old, whose voice he had heard on my answering machine. Believe me, if you have the frustrating experience of locking yourself out, do yourself a favor and call Kyle to rescue you. You will be glad you did!!

These guys have bailed me out twice, both times lost my keys, we had a van, called around and two companies came out one left me with a two hundred dollar bill and told me they would come back, second made me a key to my sliding door and ignition only, given it was a two key system it was a pain in the neck, anyway lost those keys on a job and called Pop a lock they had a key for all doors and ignition within a half hour, second time we lost keys to our Toyota decided to call them again and Josh was at our place within a half hour and had us two keys made within an hour, it was hassle free, couldn’t be happier with a company thanks Josh! Now if we could just stop losing keys

I was stranded in 90° heat in a target parking lot with a mechanically seized ignition. We had been struggling with a key that wouldn't turn for almost 30min, ended up calling for a tow that would take an hour - we happen to look over and two pop-a-lock drivers were in the lot and came to our rescue when we simply asked for help!! Being locked out of your car sucks. Being able to get into your unlocked car and not move it because you locked your keys in the trunk and you dont have a trunk release button sucks hard. Kyle was extremely quick, professional and understanding. When I had a uhaul dealership I recommended Pop-A-Lock for the affordability. Now from a consumer point of view I dont see how anyone would go anywhere else.
