These guys did such a great job. I had a former locksmith who I liked and I had called a couple of times and he just didn't show up and we had some security potential here at our church. I asked for a location search and notice it at the time they had 4.7 stars and 71 comments which is a pretty good rating. I can see why. They got out on the job today which surprised me and was actually ahead of time by 35-40 minutes which was probably convenient for the individual and the job was done in a very timely fashion and he made some corrective measure so we wouldn't have failure rate and he also kept us from over purchasing as well which is a rarity these days. I hate being oversold and they did not do that and to this I give my hat's off to Ruben. He did such a good job when you came out and he was very friendly and a calm demeanor and I even got to see a picture of his beautiful child. That's the kind of Hometown service that I love to see and still have a heart to talk with people for a minute or two without just rushing in taking the money and leaving. That's what neighboring is about, that's what family is about, that's what the Colorado experience is about and that's what Mile High locksmith is about. They pay customers for 5 star Google reviews, rather than earn them! This company engages in many shady practices: lack of a complete estimates; utterly false arrival times; and offers to reduce the cost for services in exchange for an immediate 5 star Google review. I was told by dispatch that the service technician would call with a time and cost estimate, however, when he called, he failed to offer either. When I asked for answers, his time estimation was over an hour later than stated and informed me that he could not give me an estimate until he arrived to see the situation. The only reason this company did not receive a 1 star rating is because the technician did not cause any damage to my property.

This company is actually a call center based out of Pennsylvania and they tell you it will cost one amount. Then when they finish the job it is almost triple. And it's not just one company they send out whoever is on their list and may or may not be a locksmith.

Cancelled appointment 10 minutes before it was scheduled, and only after I reached out asking why I had not received the hour-in-advance call they told me in writing that I would receive. Offered 8% discount for making me waste a trip from downtown Denver to Brighton in rush hour. Thought it was promising that they were able to do the job, now deeply disappointed.

I have never locked my keys in the truck before, and for this to happen to me right after court was not the best thing ever. So I called them, they got hear fast and treated my car like a charm, didn't leave one scratch or affect my car in any way! Would totally call them again!

Originally I was qouted a price $220 with 10% for booking online, for both the ignition and door key. Until I was completely locked out of my car in April. The locksmith took total advantage of that, and charged me $198 for the door key! One key! $198 for one key! He said, I qoute, "the people on the the phone are nice people, but they're not locksmiths" I admit I knew I was being taken advantage in this situation. But I had no other option as a way into my vehicle. This was in April 2019. I got the qoute in January 2019, which was lower than the qoute I got when I wasn't locked out, ($149 for the ignition key plus $30 for the door key) these guy just love to take advantage of someone who is desperate and has money! If I could I'd give them no stars. Because their locksmiths are shady thieves, $200 for one door key! And then the locksmith had the nerve to write down my debit card information, luckily my bank had caught this fraud, trying to transfer over $1,000 later that night. I am currently in contact with law enforcement trying to find the locksmith who came to me and tried to fraudulently steal from me. Because he didn't even leave a receipt! When the job was done! Worst situation I've ever been in!

This was a terrible experience. We had purchased a vehicle from Copart (Denver) that did not have a key. I called Monday to make sure they could make a key. I gave them my VIN and they assured us they could get it done while the vehicle was there. The locksmith showed up and said they had to program at their office. After sitting in 100+ temperatures for over 2 hours they finally showed back up only to tell us that they would not have the code until tomorrow. I am in Gillette, WY, My boss is in Denver. I called from my office and asked if they could program the key and FedEx it as they have to get on the road with the vehicles. They said no, the car has got to be there to program. If they could not do this, they should have simply said they were unable.

I did research to as far as costs to replace my key. Called these people. They showed up, unmarked van dark sunglasses quoted me 40 $ more than the Ford dealer. Told them to leave, they wanted to argue. Never again.
