Outstanding customer service! Needed locks replaced at our Firestone/Longmont Patio Splash Hot Tub location. Arrived promptly, replaced locks and went above and beyond adjusting door closers and fine tuned the push bars seeing that everything related to their industry was addressed instead of just replacing locks and leaving. My son’s lock was not working, no key fob but he had a key to the car. Lock was not working so we had to call a locksmith to get in. I called Maclock and the owner Kelly told me that he could come out and unlock the car but first try spraying WD40 into the lock- he said sometimes they get dirty and freeze up. Well it worked and he saved me 80 dollars to have them come down and open the car. He could easily have made money on me but he went above and beyond making a great suggestion. I highly recommend Maclock- I will use them whenever needed.

We purchased a used car for our daughter that only came with one key and no key fob. I called around to some local dealers and was getting quotes of $200 and upward to cut a spare key and get key fobs programmed. I called Locksmith Maclock and spoke with Kelly who said that they could cut the key and program fobs for the car. Kelly came out the following morning and was able to get the key cut and the fobs that I provided programmed without any issues. He was very nice and personable.
