The price was also reasonable, and I hadn't asked what it would be beforehand, but it turned out to be very fair. He arrived promptly, and within moments, my wife was back in the warmth of her car. A couple of months ago, I called him 10 minutes before closing time because I needed a key right away for a file cabinet that needed to be locked the next day that had been lost. Brett was very efficient. After several telephone and email consultations, we developed a complete plan for new locks on the front and garage door that had keys, a keypad and z-wave technology that talked to Samsung SmartThings Hub and Amazon's Alexa. Now we can check on our cell phones to see that these two doors are locked. If they are not, we push a button in the app and they are locked. Also with changes to cylinders, our four outside doors and the storm door all use the same key. And we got Door Guardians to keep the kid from opening the door and getting out. By planning ahead, all parts were ordered and the time he was here was spent on installation. Great Job!
