Probably some of the better locksmiths in town unfortunately the owners are not very friendly whatsoever. They are not nice whatsoever they are very rude. And are very easily offended. For that reason I wouldn't use them. The employees on the other hand are very nice and helpful but the owner is totally ruin the business.

Went to KeyMe at Safeway, spent $18 on 2 non-working keys. Went to Henley's Key Service and spent half the time, less than half the cost (only $7) and the keys work perfectly. Don't waste your time at a Kiosk, if you live in the area, this is the place to go.

Great company. Read reviews when I needed a Locksmith and found Henleys to b a great company with wonderful, polite employees. I needed to get into a locked garage as well as have an ignition key made. Within 20 min they came to the house. Getting a new ignition key was going to b difficult as it was an older car sitting in a garage and they couldnt get to the codes. Quoted me a price and after coming back and forth to the house several times, the young man figured out how to get the code without tearing the car up and charged me half what was quoted. Very friendly and helpful when I needed help desperately. Thank you for your help and service.

It turns out they are not able to provide the service I need which is perfectly fine. The woman I first spoke to on the phone was very professional and pleasant. I was then transferred to the rudest, most redneck sounding individual on the face of this earth. He cuts me off in the middle of a sentence "I don't know what you're asking!" After I slow my speaking way down and use much simpler words for the hick he barks back "we don't do that!"

I posted a negative review of Henleys Key Service. I was under the impression that they did not fix a lock issue I had. But it was my mistake.... Henley's was never called to fix my patio lock (bad on me....I should have done a better job checking). After talking to me Henleys was under the impression they did not perform up to task. What I can tell you is these guys called me and asked how they could fix my problem. To make a long story short...they were concerned about me as the customer and I didn't even use there service. I will say this if I do need a locksmith in the future I will use these guys....if they were that concerned about me before, imagine the quality job they will do when I actually hire them. Sorry Henley's....please accept my apology.

I walked in with a standard metal key - no electronics - for an older Mercedes Benz and asked them if they could cut the key I got from the dealer onto a blank which I also had. the three hicks behind the counter started salivating when they heard "Mercedes Benz" and told me it would be $60 just to cut the key because it needs to be laser cut. I told them that the key I already had was ordered from the dealer, was machine cut in Texas at the MB distribution center, and sent to the local dealer here where I picked it up. total cost: $16. and so I told them to their faces that their pricing is insane, at which time they felt the need to tell me that some Mercedes Benz keys are $500. completely irrelevant. these guys are not that bright, and they apparently think their customers are even stupider. guys, you might've gotten away with this thievery with people who are as stupid as you are, but some of us do our homework before seeking the services of others. I got my blank *machine cut* (not laser cut) for $15. one quarter of what these lying thieves wanted to charge me. if you know what you're looking for and what it should cost, you'll never do business with these people.

Worst service I have ever had from a contractor who has visited. Three trips to get the job done and couldn't even fix the problem. I had to do the work myself at the end of the day. The gentlemen they sent was slow as could be in terms of getting stuff done as well and workmanship was lacking. Trying to get my money back from the credit card company.

I Broke my key and went to several "locksmiths" who could not do the job, I then was recommended henley's and they got the job done fast and easy! And I lost the key a week later, I didint bother going anywhere else! Thanks guys

My girlfriend had some crazy bike racks on the top of her new car that she didn’t like but had no key for them. We took it to numerous different places and they could not get them off. She took it here and the guy spent at least 30+ minutes on it and figured out how to get it off. He had to make multiple keys for different locks that were on it too. Then he only charged $8 and wouldn’t accept a tip. Awesome customer service.

I had been using them for 20+ years. But when I called to have my storage unit opened they were very short and rude to me. I ended up going with a much worse locksmith which is the only reason they get two stars instead of one. Because they weren’t nearly as bad as the joke I was stuck with.

Theses guys are incredible! They walked out Tony car and meticulously made sure all the locks worked with the new key. They didn't put a key in the machine and walk away while it made itself. They do it by hand and stand behind their work.

First time I had ever been to Henley's. I had a key for my dodge ram van that developed a crack so I needed to get a new one asap before I had big problems. I've heard nothing but good things about Henley's and that's why I chose to take my business there. When I went in I was greeted by a very nice man and explained what I needed cause my old key had cracked. He looked at the key for no more than a second and explained to me it cracked cause it was the wrong key. I must have looked like a deer in headlights trying to understand how it was the wrong key after just using it haha but he explained how the blank used to make it was for something like a 1968 dodge van I believe he said and was only used one year. The new key he made using the correct blank fit perfectly the first try. I will never go anywhere else but Henley's when I need a locksmith from now on. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and dose quality work quicker than any key machine could do haha Highly recommend

Awesome service! I purchased a used vehicle that didn't have the right key to work all of the locks. I took a lock cylinder to them without an appointment and they made a key with the perfect fit. I even went in a couple of weeks later to have them make the cuts for the ignition cylinder so that I could have one key for all locks, and within 10 minutes, he had the key working the ignition as well! Great service at a great price! Now I have one key for all of my locks and didn't have to purchase any new locks!

Giving credit where it’s due: you guys have reasonable prices and know what you’re doing! Had a different locksmith that was supposedly “qualified” quote me a ridiculous price estimate with rude customer service. You guys are true to your work and know what you’re doing! Was in and out today within 5 minutes and saved over $200 with you guys. Definitely recommended, have used them before as well for a different kind of key but will continue to go here because of honest and reasonable work. Thank you guys!

called to check on getting a vehicle key cut. talked to a lady, gave her the info, got put on hold for 5 minutes. she came back on the line, said they should be able to do it, but shes waiting for the 1 guy who may be able to do it, to let her know. back on hold for several minutes. she comes back, asks vehicle info again, gets my name and number and tells me the guy who "may be able to do it" will call me back shortly, and that if it can be done, it will be approximately $100. never got a call back from the shop. I called always loyal locksmith, he not only had an answer right away when I called, he cut the key the same day, and charged me a whopping $10 bucks!!

Better than a hardware store! I went in after going to two different hardware stores trying to get a copy of a car key made. I was tired and frustrated from my experiences with the hardware stores but when I walked into Henley’s I was greeted by friendly fellows who made my key in no time! The price was a bit higher than it would be at Ace, but they knew exactly what they were doing and didn’t waste my time at all. Still a reasonable price, too, nothing crazy expensive.

I called to see if they could make a key from a VIN, and the guy that answered told me they can't and no one else can and gave me a number to get it originated and was adamant about this guy being the only one that could do it. I called another place and they said they could pull it from the VIN. That was downright dishonest for this company to lie about business practices and try to bait me into a ponze scheme.

The locks were re-keyed and the service was friendly but on the phone to set up the appt I was quoted $40 short of what we were charged. And the Smith called an hour earlier than the expected time thinning we were a different appt, and when he came he was told we were needing a car key service but we needed the deadbolts re-keyed. Someone messed up but it could've been worse. Could be been better. I just wish we were quoted the right price for the right service.
