The employees are rude and the work is shoddy. Went there to get my jogging stroller inner tubes replaced and they spoke to me like I was stupid. Went there a week later cuz the tires were flat again, was asked if I had my receipt (I didnt), tunes were replaced. Two weeks later after being stored in the hatch of my suv the tires were flat again! Brought the receipt with me this time and I was told they do not guarantee their work "you could have run over something going from your car to the building" then why would I be here in the first place? They ran a sealant in the tires and aired them up, guess what? Same day went flat. Will not be returning.

Snider's cyclery has been a business for a long time and they deserve this from respect with the community. I am a bicycle tourist that rides North and South on the west coast with trips across this country. I can often find the parts I need here that other bike shops in Bakersfield don't carry. Unlike this one and just about 98% of the other bicycle shops I been to they do not carry all good stuff that a bicycle tourist needs like a big selection off racks and panniers, dynamo hubs or outdoor gear. The staff has always been helpful for giving me good suggestion with other options on parts that will work. This is why I say a five star for friendly service with honestly for anything else I might say about Sninders is that I have been kick out of a lot nicer places then this?

Poor service. Took my mountain bike in for a tune up because certain gears weren’t grabbing and the chain was hitting the derailleur making a noise took it for a ride and within a few minutes of the ride the chain started hitting the derailleur again. Never had this problem with finish line should of stuck with finish line. Finish line $75 and sniders was $45 that’s the reason why I gave sniders a try.

Pretty good bicycle shop and excellent customer service. I bought a Redline Conquest there not too long ago and they help me out tremendously. The mechanic there always goes out his way to help me tune my bike and I never even asked him to and the staff there is quite friendly. I highly recommend this bike shop if you're new bicycles or a experience one.

My bike had a flat back tire, being the only closest bike shop Bakersfield had to offer I came to only find the employee unesuful not being able to fix my tire due to "Store Policy" about not having brakes so he just wasted my time not being able to help me out by lending tools so I could do it myself due to "Store Policy" This is my first time ever encountering such store policy

After giing to a couple places to get a broke Harley key made, and bieng told no because they couldnt get the ignition half in thier reader (dipsh!ts) I called here. The locksmith figured out what key he could use because he didnt have my specific key in stock. I guess I am more impressed with his age and his initiative. It was never a "maybe" or even a comment about how difficult it was going to be. Very Impressed and only 4.00.

I went into the place looking for a beach cruiser for my wife and we showed up 30 minutes before they close and the guy was very helpful did not rush me or anything. other customers came in and they're very helpful to them as well, i asked for specific options for the bike and he was there to help us out through the entire process i really appreciate the guy, has great customer service. I'll be bringing in my other bikes here for service and for new bikes for my kids. Thanks Snider's

I loved the customer service, Quan was very helpful with me chosing a bike. I hope any body who hates one this place again will actually go to the store and check out how helpful the people are there, instead if complaining about something stupid about the place, even if you didint met the person face to face. It’s a great bike shop check it out
