I called Port City Locksmith to change all the locks in my house after we moved in. They looked really old and I have no idea how many people had keys. Geff came out and told me the locks didn't have to be replaced because he could just re-key them. That saved me a bunch of money. He also walked around the house and did a security assessment to let me know what else I could do to make it more secure. Very honest and trustworthy guy. I'll definitely use Port City Locksmith again.

I lost my car key and before I stumbled upon port city locksmith I had a diffrent lock smith come out and quote me, and he quoted more then double what port city charged me and let me tell you, replacement car keys are not cheap! First Geff was very prompt. Usually people say about 20 minutes and it can easily be near an hour. He said 25 minutes and was here in about 22. I used Geff's Port City Locksmith service to replace a lost key to a convertible. He had to program the key fob to activate all the features the lost one did in addition to cutting a new key. He did this relatively quick and was a very nice fellow to talk too while doing it. Everything worked great and he made me a deal on a second key. Great guy and great service. I was going to put 4 starts because Geff mentioned that a lot of reviews are all 5 and often phony. However he really made my day by getting here so soon and charging me a very fair price. Others I called were higher and some much higher. Plus the with the dealer I would have had to tow it in as well. Thank Geff. Good luck in your business and keep an eye on that charger. :-)

I am truly so surprised and pleased with the service. I needed a chipped key replacement and everyone else in the city was charging nearly $300. One thing I really liked about Port City was that their prices are clearly listed on the website. Everyone else has you call and get a quote. When I called to finally have them come out he was at my house in 20 minutes. It took him about 30-40 minutes to make 2 chipped keys and sync a new key fob. He was kind, professional and prompt. If I ever have any key issues again Port City will be the first place I call. 10/10 recommend!

No bs, best locksmith I have ever dealt with. I have lived in CA, ID, TN, KY, OK and I have never met such an honest locksmith. Look, all other smiths charge like 80+ for programming a fob for a truck, not this man. I wont say exactly due to his prices can change but lets just say its a steal of a deal. Very easy to talk to, very professional and dont let dealers scare you that aftermarket fobs wont work. I have a 2013 Ram Sport (all bells n whistles) and it took just 3 minutes and bam it was done. Seriously, check my ptofile I am very harsh on this kind of thing and he has blown me away. Lets say other lock smiths and dealers wanted to charge me well over 200-300... cut that in half. Oh and he comes to your house no charge fee and fast! Super honest. I am going back to Idaho, wish him well. Thank you again sir.

So I had jeff come out got his number through a friend because I lost the key to my Nissan Versa Note 2016. I called he was professional and very nice & he was here with in 20mins with a key ready for me. Gave me a great deal for 2 keys second one is 15$. He did amazing & fast work I dont even think it took him 30mins to finish . The keys work just fine. He is the best deal in the San Joaquin Valley area. Ive had this done before & you wont find anyone better. If you don't know much about locksmithing and looking for someone that isn't going to take advantage of you , He is the guy for the job.
