I called him for help and got off the phone with him at 5:31 PM. I literally called him back at 5:36 PM letting him know I found my keys and wouldn't need service anymore. He still proceeded to charge my card $60. I explained that $60 was a little much, but that i would be okay with $20. He didn't budge, didn't care. As a business owner myself I feel there should be some compassion and care for your customers, not just the bottom line.

Absolutely well done. The door to my bedroom had locked behind me late the evening before. I called as they opened in the morning and they were here in 20 minutes. The lock was a bit difficult, took all their equipment and techniques, and took about 15 minutes, but success! (glad to know that I have quality locks :) ) Thank you Paxton Locksmithing. You call this guy and he is completely rude. You offer a service people need but are a complete jerk when asked a simple question. I would not recommend calling this guy for any locksmith needs. He hung up on us. Great customer service...I will be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible you are. *******update*****he never once said he was driving and if your driving why are you answering the phone. Sad thing is the only reason we knew of your company is because of your van parked in front of your house on the corner of minnewawa and belmont. There is still no excuse for bring rude!!!****Your customer service is still horrible and the fact that you continue to get on here and argue with people proves that point. Social media is a powerful thing. You should stop while you "think" your ahead. It was rude that you hung up on him twice! Good customer service is when you say "love to help you Sir but I am not available to look that up as im driving, hope I can help you in the future with any other locksmith needs" sounds better than a dial tone...
